Wonder to what she was referring; so candid and capturing elements of personal experimentation and reflection. She is really gaining confidence with her independence, Big Sis has duties and responsibilities. Love y’all.
Best sailing/adventure content. Minimal clickbait and nonsense, more real and informational. Your interest and love for other cultures and people is inspiring.❤
Greatest Surfshark advertisement Ever and you can tell them I am a customer from a different channel but I am thrilled they are sponsoring you and your incredible family 🎉
I watched the rescue video, and it just shows how important it is to keep your boat in good working condition. I've seen in other videos that sometimes the smallest parts can cause major malfunctions. It's important to carry spare parts for everything that can fail. Not sure about Kim's predicament, but maybe a spare sail would have gotten him to a safer place. If it had been a catamaran, he might have had a spare engine to fall back on. Also, having a buddy boat to sail with can be a huge advantage if one boat gets into trouble. Take care of Nahoa and she will take care of you.
I don't know the background on Kim's particular rescue, but i will just say you can do all the maintenance in the world and still need to be rescued, yes the maintenance can prevent a LOT of issues, but as with every aspect in life, some things you just can't plan for or prevent.
That was a great video, I particularly liked when Ashley was talking while on night watch and just listening to all of the noises the boat makes while at sea. It is amazing all of the creaks and bangs and such. We don’t usually get that much background noise, would love to hear a video of just what it actually sounds like.
I really love what Lil people both Brodi an Willa are already.. your both the best parents 2 lil ones could ever ask for... Thanks for sharing your lives with us grateful for it!! Fare winds and following sea's guy's ✌🏼💗😊❣️
Love the VPN commercial, very funny that made me smile. Watching your kids grow up bring back the memories of mine when they were that small and thought we were the world....lol thanks for sharing your life with the rest of us.
Seychelles and then sailing to South Africa is one of the most demanding sails on the planet. You only get a break in either Madagascar or Mozambique. That dreaded middle of that wind acceleration zone is no joke. The boat sounds in those rough seas indicate the repairs were successful. More repairs lie ahead once you get to South Africa. You guys make it look easier than it is. Only two people to take turns and stand watch.
OMG....love little Willa's comment! She's so grown up now...did she get that cutie comment from her momma?!? Oh and the surfshark moment...Ben...classic...best ad I've seen in a long time! Best wishes for safe travels!
Opties and Lazers and Dinghies, OH MY!! So glad that you're on your way, safe and sound. Can't wait to see everything as it unfolds, with all of the beauty and wonder. Thank you for sharing! 🤩
Great video again guys and love your strength and positive attitude! The promo was very original and much more entertaining than "normal"! We will sign up - you deserve every bit of support.... John and Eli
Those babies Re growing so fast! Willa: I can't do this any more! My favorite part of this episode 😍 stay safe and may God bless and keep your family and boat safe. Sending good vibes from your biggest Tennessee 🇺🇸 fan. Haha she is a darling and talking so good!
So happy to see your beautiful family sailing again. Watching your struggles and triumphs over the last few years just reminds me how much we all have in common as humans. Inspirational and always enjoyable videos. Thanks guys!
Nice job on the Ad Ben! Yosh mentioned on their channel about the sailboat incident too, that's unfortunate for them, but understand they are safe now!
Oklahoma Gal here again!! Yayyyyy Your sailing again!!! Love your videos!! Such a precious family!! Keep doing what makes your hearts smile!! Your friend here in Oklahoma USA💞
I watch every single video and I want to say how grateful I am to be part of your journey. I wonder how it is to be alone at night in the middle of the ocean, Ashley, and whether i could do it. You are so brave, and I hope that you will continue to share your stories and inspire us.
BEN I JUST SEEN THAT VIDEO OF THE RECOVERY OF SV HIKY OR, AS U SAID IT WAS GOOD BUT IT HIT ME AS HE SPOKE ABOUT HIS DAUGHTER & FAMILY, YOUS JUST KEEP SAFE, RESPECT FROM GLAS /SCO,UK
I don’t know why, but I was very excited watching this video. I love when the sailor in you guys, teach sailor stuff. You both are very good at delivering great educational information. I am taking Marine Maintenance Technology at Skagit Valley College and rigging is one of my classes this quarter. Loved seeing you guys do a rigging check and that you showed us how ya do it. We can’t wait for your Patreon update and next video. ❤ The kids seem like natural sailors. They are doing so well too
November Alpha Hotel Oscar Alpha Yes, that's a really good rescue video. One take away I got was that if I hear a MayDay, even though a larger ship may be able to get on scene faster than my sail boat I should also head towards the scene because it might be easier to step over to my boat than be hoisted up to the large ship. I had no idea how difficult and risky being hoisted was.
You Ben are soooooo blessed to have your beautiful, cheerful , talented and exciting wife as interested in sailing as you are.. My husband does not have one of these. Most sailors are a one man show..And I confess I am one of those kind of wives. Sailing is way too scary for me...He sails solo most of the time..We are in Canada too.. I love following your family adventures. I have first hand knowledge ( from 10 years ago when I did sail) of the high winds and waves...
I have to admit!, Ben is a Great Man, and keeps the Ship going! You are so knowledgeable and save a lot of money knowing your Rig. Safe Sailing, and have a Great Day! Oh!, just joking with you Ben in other texts.Laughter makes things better! 🎃
I've been watching your adventures for awhile and enjoy them thoroughly! Usually in the background, but notice your Icom IC M32A is not reading satellite Lat/Long coordinates. If it is not getting you satellite positioning you are not going to have DSC (Digital Select Calling) for emergencies. Care about the safety of your family. Safe travels and best regards
My friend watches your show also , keeps him distracted from his cancer diagnosis . He's kinda depressed and says watching people enjoying life allows him to live vicariously . Life's short enjoy the winds and avoid the gales .
Just wondering if you saw the line that had a gash in it, it was in the video when you were at the top of the mast... it's the lighter rope with blue stripe, you can see it at 3.00 thru 3.30 in the video..
WHAT A FANTASTIC ADVERT FOR SURFSHARK!!! GREAT JOB BEN…TOO FUNNY 😂 With all the boat traffic there, it seems there aren’t any Give Way Vessels…lol #tonnagerules
Take your time posting videos just be safe, could you post a link to S/V Heckey I would like to watch it and can't seem to find them Thanks Mike Conlow
😂Willa “I can’t do this anymore “ so funny bless her heart. Love her ❤
Was laughing so loud when i heard Willa says that and walk off …
Wonder to what she was referring; so candid and capturing elements of personal experimentation and reflection. She is really gaining confidence with her independence, Big Sis has duties and responsibilities. Love y’all.
(I wonder who she picked that up from..? Wink)
I can imagine Ashley saying that!

Ben, your twin brother onboard is awesome. Thanks for your sense of humor!

Thanks for the inspiring youtube. Enjoy your passage. Check the rope when you went up the mast. White and black rope had some minor damage. Stay safe.

Thank you for sharing! 🤩
I worked on a fishing boat , long line fishing you have beacons spread out through the line. On the fishing boat you track the long line drift etc.
Great video again guys and love your strength and positive attitude! The promo was very original and much more entertaining than "normal"! We will sign up - you deserve every bit of support.... John and Eli
That was good advertisement with Ben!

Love the VPN commercial. Great job Ben.
When Ben and Ashley sail around the world the wind doesn’t push them, they push the wind.
That edit at 5min is insane! I watch all your videos! Never stop
I've been waiting all morning 🌄. Hugs from Texas sweeties. 😎 Also with Eamon & Bec and Oso ...my 3 favorite land lovers 💖💙

Dude, top marks on the ad. I usually skip through those, but I watched it all the way through
So great to see you guys on your way. Safe Travels.
2K+ desktop shipmate LIKE, and already 11K+ views. Okay - paused at 4:02 - to double-enjoy "The Ben & Ben Comedy Skit"... well done.

Nice job with the split screen effect, kept me watching through the segment, even though I already have SurfShark!

Great job Nahoa!
Another great video. Thanks for sharing your adventure
Lol awesome video editing guys! I seriously admire you both.
Your team is very impressive, amazing that you do all this with two children onboard
I was able to take the day off when I got to the compression zone, I had no wind and took a nap which was great.
haha Surfshark should pay you double for that. Nice job!! lol
Just realize I have been spelling Nahoa wrong all of this time, well other sailors know who I am talking about spelled right or wrong.
Loved this episode …safe travels. Your children (and you ) are living a truly inspirational lifestyle ….❤😮😊
Hey Ben, that's the best Surfshark add I've ever seen!
That was a very creative surf shark commercial, I'll check it out!
Safe travels you four!
