its the same in my country (albania) .. and i know what you mean..rich powerful people drive expensive cars with limo tints no plates..crossing red lights parking 2 some really tough folks park 3..they are all the children or relatives of parliament members..no cop can dare say anyithng to them or they will be discharged automatically
