Here is the scope of local SEO work we performed for this client:
18 citations for each location - fully populate and make sure all existing citations have accurate and up to date info
Adjust the footer of the website - The 3 locations listed will be replaced with keyword-rich text applicable for the entire service area/business as a whole.
A locations page will be created and added to the website's menu as a dropdown under contact
Dedicated individual location pages will be created for each of the 3 locations.
These pages will contain all of the specific information for that location and link to the service area pages that are appropriate for each.
Bonus:
• Optimize the homepage's title
• meta description
• H tags
• internal links.
*Ended up performing the bonus for all key pages and the pages we created +
• Adjusted URL structure and added re-directs
• Identified ‘Phoenix Business Brokers’ as a high-value keyword and optimized around this
• Lots of little things were cleaned up along the way
Recommendations:
• Get at least 10 reviews for each location + take interior and exterior pictures at each for GMB
• Redirect duplicate website - arizonabusinessbrokers.net
• Secure all web pages and files
We also redirected all of the duplicate pages we found as we worked. 8 pages had the same content as another page on their site, so we consolidated these URLs using redirects.

The results -
We only had 7 weeks of analytic data after the service so we compared it to the analytic data 7 weeks before our service. Even in this short amount of time, there has been a significant and obvious improvement.
