My RC-51 sounds really different with way more sustain and resonance like to be expected from a tricone. This one sounds more like a biscuit cone guitar. Maybe it is the flat picking?? I play fingerstyle and that might be part of it. Plus I put new strings on it when I got it. Mine has an ebony fretboard with 44 nut width and nice modern slim "C" shaped neck. I might have gotten lucky as it is an exceptional guitar with excellent fretwork and intonation. That is not always the case with the china made guitars out of the box and rare to have any reso guitar with good intonation. These are very nice guitars!
What specificaly do you want to know about the guitar ? the tuning was in drop D ... we wanted to record just the guitar sound without any backing tracks etc ... so we just did a loop reconding
