For me Biak na Bato and Malolos constitution helped establish the country as a republic and create peace in the country although we cannot really give a clear cut impression because both lasted for a short period of time

Yes! Eventhough there are a lot of controversies, the Philippine revolution gave birth to the next generation of Nationalists that brought the Philippines closer to Independence.
