In this video, I demonstrate 10 bodyweight finishers you can do just about anywhere!
Finishers are a great way to add metabolic stress, which is one way you can provide yourself that "pump" that many of us chase during our workouts.
Like any other aspect of training, implementing a finisher should have PURPOSE and INTENT. Don't plug these in for the sake of annihilating your muscles because you think being extremely sore for the next week means you're on your way to being shredded.
At the end of each training session, you should feel good, not exhausted to the point you can barely walk out of the gym - even after you implement one of these finishers.
Challenge yourself by plugging these into your workouts but make sure you're not overlooking recovery.
