This is part 1 out of 2 parts in this mini-blogging-series, and it will start by explaining the benefits of using the Hostinger website builder. (which, BTW, has a built in AI text generator!)
In this Hostinger website builder tutorial how to build a blog video- I will be showing you how to select a hosting plan that is right for you, and set up everything on your website to be able to blog.
On the second part, which will be in a week or two, I will be creating a Hostinger website builder tutorial, but this time- creating 3 different blog posts and showing how to actually blog!

In my 30's , and I also watch video tutorials several times
While taking tutorial notes tap the screen to see the ▶️ then tap the pause to note instructions and it will change to⏸️ and tap that to start playing the video. If you want to go back 10 seconds tap to the left of the◀️symbol not on it (on it goes to the video before the present one and if you accidentally tap it you have to wait 5 seconds for the automatic commercial to hit the skip button and then tap the ▶️ button to get back to where you were and tap to the right of it) tapping to the left of the ◀️ symbol more than once goes back 10 seconds per tap. This is on an iPad-on a laptop or computer it should be the same or you may have to use the mouse and pointer-it’s been 5 or 6 years since I’ve used anything except an iPad or iPhone with an iOSystem.

Wow, this is so much simpler than WP, the whole drag & drop and Ai features 😮. If I do another blog I will definitely use this builder, since I'm already with Hostinger. Btw I don't know how many people realise this, but whenever I want to take notes from a tutorial, I slow down the speed of the video in the settings
Really? I would usually stop the video, and rewind it... Never tried slowing it down LOL
This video is so wonderful. The best one I've seen, and I've been looking at them most of the day. And -- I don't even understand most of it. My goal now is to create a new paid-subscription Blog (I've had a free one for years on TMD hosting), and I need all kinds of help to create the web site. This video has finally convinced to me choose Hostinger, and begin from there. I may have lots of questions. Thank you Mey.

Wow, that was so MUCH easier than the WP site I just built! I am glad I worked in WP and I am going to keep that site in WP but I am going to use Hostinger we site builder for my next site which is less content heavy, being more of a landing page and marketing vehicle for my online stores. This website builder looks awesome, love how you can move pics, text etc and how easy it is to resize. I am used to Shopify which I thought was pretty user friendly but this is way cooler. Thanks so much for your in depth tutorials. 😍
Yeah, Hostinger website builder is def so much easier and cooler to move these things around... also- you don't have to save a page, exit it, and enter a new one- in order to edit anything, it's all there!!

Great video thank you! All the videos I've seen so far are basically creating an account on Hostinger rather than showing you how to use the web builder in depth! One question I had is when you start using affiliates, do you need to create an affiliate policy page and a cookie consent page too? Thank you.

Pinterest code in terms of connecting the website to Pinterest, or a Pinterest feed?
Basically the pinterest verification needs to be in the header... but if you want to add a code in the bottom to share a feed from Pinterest you use the "code" element of the builder

I am, however, surprised you can’t find information about that… there are probably over 20,000 videos on how to optimize blog posts for SEO and the other topics you’ve mentioned.
I can squeeze it all in one video, SEO optimization has about 70 different factors, but I can explain how to do it in the written part of the blog, which is about 20% of SEO.
@@MeyTribe I think I was confused about how to put the H1, H2 and H3 content on the actual blog. We have to sometimes insert a photo here or there so I create new blocks now. I've watched over 50 videos and everyone literally spends 2 minutes - here's only it looks on a google word document, copy and paste and you're done.

It would be a huge help. I tried the AI and the website builder for the same but they have very limited options for themes and templates and I didn't like any one of them 😁
I haven't done that yet... However, the website design parts are the same no matter what you sell... Hostinger might have more limitation in pre-made templates, but wordpress has 10,000 templates out there. Not sure how one can check all of them... the ones I love most are in the themes Kadence, Ocean and Astra. But with both of these builders you can drag and drop and design whatever you want.

You cannot integrate substack to Hostinger builder... But you can just add a link in the menu that goes to your substack.
Can I just buy a domain without hosting and connect it to my store in Fourthwall?
Yes, it's what I did with 1 of my shops of Fourthwall. you just buy a domain, wait a day, go to Fourthwall to connect it, it will open "entri" that will log into your hostinger account and connect that domain.

Hi Mey might be an odd question but as a newby why do you use hostinger for your blog and Fourthwall for your website? Can you use Fourthwall for both or No? And why do you prefer to do it this way? Just trying to understand the blog concept and methods lol Thank you in advance
You can't use Fourthwall for your blog, they don't have a blogging feature.
I prefer Fourthwall for SO MANY reasons, most specified in the video about how to sell printful :

The blog concept is a way to get your products out there, as well as affiliate marketing. for example, I sell a cow painting pillow, I can make a blog post on pillow covers for cow lovers and feature 2-3 of mine, and 10 others that I am an affiliate of. OR - lets say I wanna promote jigsaw puzzles, I can make a post about ways to keep kids busy during the summer break without screens, and one of these is jigsaw puzzles- with a link to mine.

@@KelliBennett you don’t have to blog in order to sell print on demand or anything… it’s just my preferred way, instead of paid ads, and also to combine affiliate marketing
Do you have to apply for LLC when you build a website?
Yes & No.
As far as I know- you only need an LLC when you make money, and as many people build blogs for themselves - they are not a business. BUT if you do affiliate marketing, POD, etc... you'll need to open a company in order to legally operate.
I can't tell you if that is an LLC or not. I am not American, my business is not USA based, so I don't have an LLC. I have "osek Patur" license, which is relevant to my country. In order for you to know if you need an LLC you need to consult a tax accountant in your own country/state and explain to them what business model you'll have to get all that info.

If I am accepted into media vein with this blog will I be able to insert ads on Hostinger website?
I don't know Media vein, I think you could with a code insert as an "element" on the builder
Mediavine is the ads platform that most bloggers use to get monetised blogging (other than affiliate marketing)
@@Multilingual-project Well, if they operate the same, by having an insert code, you can use that inside the "code" element of Hostinger builder.
I noticed that your own laptop Mac is set to dark mode which I use too. However, there didn’t seem to be an option to make the background of any the templates dark with white text or light color text- and that is what I want-deal breaker. I don’t like reading the screen with all of that glaring white background-no one does that is why dark mode is now an option, because everyone wanted it for ease of reading. I have a blue light blocking screen but I still don’t like white backgrounds glaring while squinting to see thin black text. I didn’t see an option for changing the background screen color with the ai website builder, so is that option available when not using the ai builder? Or is WP the only one with that option?-and is that option importable into Hostinger? It’s a deal breaker because a dark background is pleasant and easier on the eyes to read so the reader will read more. The templates should include at least one dark mode theme or allow the background color to be chosen as a dark color instead of glaring white. Please let us know if this option is possible on Hostinger ?-and how?
Do you mean the editor page? Cause Hostinger has a lot of templates that are dark background...

About domain names....
If i open a Fourthwall store with a domain I own because it's my registered business name, what do I use for my blog?
For marketing, branding and consistency I want to use my business name.
Should I buy my same domain name with a different extension like (dot)blog?
Should I use a (dot)shop or (dot)store on fourthwall?
Can I use a sub-domain on fourthwall if my main domain is hosted on hostinger?
Any advice?

I would suggest the shop subdomain for the shop personally
And it was covered in the Fourthwall Q&A video & I think on the 7 years POD video and several others.
