Many vapes are made in China which don’t have great health regulators. Some have been bought by Big Tobacco too. The fact that they are less regulated means one is more likely to come across a bad batch and in cigarettes it’s the flavours that consist of lots of chemicals so imagine in a vape with such a strong flavour. Also that vegitable clicerine etc. is the bad stuff which makes margerine worse to eat than butter and conola oil worse than olive oil. And when inhaled it makes it worse. Add to this the amount people inhale compared to how much they have on food which isn’t even inhaled. Vapes are really bad and because of the amount of different chemicals mixed together without being tested as much as cigarettes, it’s more likely to have something that some people can have a really bad reaction to.

I think it’s something else in the cigs that can give that lightheaded buzz because vapes just don’t hit the same yet you could be consuming far more nicotine
I wholeheartedly agree with that logic. I've been smoking for a while and haven't had any significant effect on my cardio, but when I tried vaping for a couple of months, it got so bad that I started having a smoker's cough. I feel like it was exactly what you mentioned, it's so easy to just take it out of your pocket, hit it a couple of times, then put it back in your pocket. With smoking you have to be mindful of the ash, the smell, the people around you, light the cigarette and finish it or else it's wasted, it's a whole song and dance. It keeps the addiction much more under control.
I'm just fearful of the fact that in a vape is a liquid that has ingredients that idk about to make "Strawberry ice" for example. Then those same ingredients are then heated up idk if there's a chemical reaction to that process. So I would just stick with a cigar since I know that I'm getting the raw tobacco, properly aged and packed. Even with a cigar I'm extra careful. I have those things once a week.
@@blansbelausgsbaka True also back then vapes are not how it is now, you would have to buy the separate vape juice thing. Now vapes have all these “fun” stuff and the nicotine. So now vapes are like a easier way to smoke nicotine without having to buy cigarette.
A few years ago there was a huge problem with thc cartidges coming out of china containing vitamin e acetate because it was cheaper and looked similar but definitely not safe to inhale at all, not sure if that problem spilled over into cbd cartidges as well so be weary of where you get them in that regard. Nicotine vapes I view as relatively safe, it's not the nicotine in cigarettes that cause problems it's all the tar and everything that comes along with it but if you're only smoking 1 a day I don't think it's the worst thing in the world. I'm a huge advocate for vaping but you're right about having it so readily available. A couple years ago when i was using the juul which just has f-u levels of nicotine i had a major problem with vertigo and couldn't figure out what was causing it that mysteriously stopped happening when i switched devices so I'm almost positive i was just giving myself nicotine poisoning over and over like an idiot lol. Before that i was smoking a pack a day for like 15 years so i do feel much better after making the switch and i still recommend it if you're smoking a lot for a prolonged period of time. I think regular juice is fine but i remain skeptical of the nicotine salts geared towards pod devices. I still use them but i have to remind myself i cant just sit there and chain vape it all day.
@@RatedRLouisN.TNAwrestling Right right she mentioned shortness of breathe after using her cbd vape though, like I said not sure if that spilled over into the cbd side of things or not but worth noting.
my sister had to go to hospital cos of a nic vape, she was 20 or 19, im currently 14 and have been vaping for 2-3 years, she only vaped for maybe two, maybe less, before that it was cigs and other things.
Yeah it’s recommended not to hit it too much too often. Also key note: take short breaks in between draws/inhale of your vape. When you hit it consistently it can lead to overheating the battery/coil & that’s why you might inhale heavy metals or such & maybe feel out of breath or crappy
As someone who just started smoking, I can say I prefer cigarettes myself. It was rough at first but I ended up enjoying the buzz during breaks with my buddies outside, I've tried vaping after smoking a cig, but I feel they're just too flashy and I feel it's easier to get addicted with vapes. Anyways as always love your videos Connie love your energy and keep safe :)
Totally agree with you. I feel like they make vapes look more appealing just so people buy them. They don't care about one's addiction, they just know that vaping is a more convenient and "safe" alternative to smoking. This way they can still make tons of money from selling this product without having as many people contract diseases from tobacco smoke... traditional smoke is seen as the bad guy
Agreed they are more convenient and appealing than cigarettes. Yet also Vapes are recommended by the NHS an intermediary for a nicotine/Smoking addiction. And the definitive research on the combustion in smoking cigs/tobacco is more worse then a vape will ever be in spite of short-term research done on vapes that so many people allude too. Vaping is certainly no batman but traditional tobacco smoke is the Joker.
As an idealist, it’s scary to see - although, smoking’s harmful - governments cancel smoking when there are other insinuating peril distresses they beget. I fear their objection to reduce smoking is not for the concern of others but of their interest to control them.
I vape. Has nicotine in it. But have never had a cigarette in my life. I use my vape a couple times a week so i have control. But i see how easy it could be to get addicted because its easy and smells good etc.
Vaping looks unaesthetic, but studys show it's way more healthier than smoking - if it's damaging at all. A study from the University of Catania (Italy) from 2017 shows, that there was no lung damage after 3.5 years of vaping. Studys also show that only a tiny amount of young people started nicotine by vaping (Mannheimer Institut für Public Health 2015; Lynn T. Kozlowski, Kenneth E. Warner 2017). A study from Greece shows, that the health condition of smokers improved, after they started vaping instead of smoking (Konstantinos Farsalinos et al, 2014).
I live in the Uk. When I went to college, disposable vapes were new and becoming very, very popula. My friends and I were all smokers and it appeared that vaping disposables was farrr cheaper so we all started vaping. One disposable would last a week that's something like £5 a week rather than £17 on a pouch of rolling tobacco that would last maybe a week and a half. The accessibility of it and discreteness of it lead us to use them all a lot more getting through around 2 a day. Which is insane! That's a cost of £70 a week most of us have all switched back to cigarettes and have all complained that vaping is FAAARRR more addictive than smoking. Making the switch from smoking to vaping was easy enough but the other way around was a little more challenging for us all.
I feel like you know this and kinda mentioned parts of this in the video: - why are vapes colorful and appealing to the youth? -> Companies want to sell them to as many people as possible. The younger the better, as the young ones are who set the trends and they are also more likely to get addicted. - why aren't cigarettes colorful and marketed to the youth? -> Because of regulations by governments. But they were marketed earlier the same way as vapes are now, tobacco companies even included fake information in ads with solely one intention - get people hooked on them. The same things that happened to cigarettes will happen to vapes, too...by time. One of the saddest realizations is that they want you to get addicted. They don't care if you get hurt in the process. They just want their money, like everyone else. Welcome to the world driven by money
Spot on, I feel you! One of the problems seems to be, vaping brings the chemicals deeper into the lung canals, so you get cancers that are way harder to fight (I read so at least). Also you can overdose nicotine easily, same goes with chewing tabac (snooze). The cigarette may be more unhealthy, but vaping and snooze makes kids intake amounts of nicotine and get super addicted. Also it is not known which chemicals go with vaping exactly. Cheers and have a good one!
Hi! I'm 24 now and started smoking cigs back when I was 16. Got hooked but decided to switch to vaping when I was around 20. I still smoke cigs from time to time but my point is, I want to quit vaping. The chemicals scare me. I'm planning to switch to IQOS. Hopefully you can tell me more about it and how you feel about my decision, thanks! Great vid btw
Why you would switch back to tobacco in IQOS or Cigarettes its frankly absurd. Vapes are quite literally recommended by the NHS an intermediary for a nicotine/Smoking addiction. And the definitive research on the combustion in smoking cigs/tobacco is more worse then a vape will ever be in spite of short-term research done on vapes that so many people allude too.
For me every cig is a journey and a experience (sometimes hear music also), like for some people a trip with drugs. Like the whole process with lighting and stuff is a part of this experience. This can´t be beaten if you just take the vape as often, as long and whereever you want. Thats just my opinion, do what you want and stay healthy.
true, it needs very strong mind set to use vapes in a controlled way... otherwise such easy access to nic, you will consume whole vape in a week or two.
I’m just starting to come off of cigarettes (again) and start vaping (again) and my first cigarette of the day gives me a HUGE buzz, sometimes I feel sick but then after the first cigarette of the day, there’s no buzz. With vaping I hit it about 5-6 times and I have a huge, but nice, buzz every single time and I don’t feel sick.
as someone who smokes quite a lot, i hate vaping because i can smoke like an entire pack if i go out and have no problems the next day. but if i vape on a night out my troat is extremely sore and i cough the next 3 days
Probably this is like 9 months late but yeah…. I used to be active with conventional cigs but stopped then because the smell brought back some bad trauma, which was why i switched to vape. But the amount of vaping that I did was too much probably because there was no smell and how convenient it was. So after being actively vaping for about 2 years, I switched to iqos a few months ago and never looked back. Eventhough it’s convenient, because of the device limitation (6mins or so for every sticks and 16 puff at max), it kinda limit my nicotine intake which is better.
I started smoking a month ago and I thought about that too. I’m a really gourmand person so vapes are really dangerous for someone like me + I’m a minor. And I vape indoors too that’s so bad i keep hitting on it every hour. Once I finish my vape I’ll start smoking cigarettes with low nicotine..
Very valid point, although I personally prefer the non-burning chemical variant (in this case vaping) to lighting up my cigarettes. Risky indeed, but as someone with ADHD, I feel like it helps with fighting the addiction (ironically) because my neurons are less receptive to dopamine. :)))
I just got back from vacation to Bagan, Myanmar. It was a pretty fun solo journey. I left my phone at my home because I want to get away from every devices I only bring my wallet, my bag and also the most important thing, my journal. But hey it's nice to watch your videos again after 1 week✌️
I smoked for a long time but stopped. I've never really tried vapes because I don't think it's the right way because it's synthetic nicotine that's used in vapes and the effects are quite different to natural nicotine, I've noticed that too since I've switched to snus with tobacco and There are also nicotine pouches without tobacco with synthetic nicotine in effect, these are usually much too strong because it works much faster in your system.
Depending on the brand of vape. It can be worse to vape than smoke cigarettes. The one thing that irritates me about the vaping commercials is they always talk about having major anxiety when they stop. My question to myself towards them is why did you quit cigarettes if you knew not vaping was gonna give you so much anxiety. I know a few people that do both for some reason. Which make no sense.
im 15 and i cant stop vaping i have some days where i eally dont want to vape and stand up for my word to not vape but the next day i just need it and i really wnat to stop any tips?
i've hit some vapes before and tbh i don't get the hype. like i do understand they were mostly made for people who wanted to quit cigarettes and i think that's a good idea. but it's turning into a world pandemic lol, especially between young people. i get that vapes may be fun (bc of the big smoke clouds & the flavour lol) but if you do it for the nicotine, why not smoke one cigarette and cut it there? you'll get a nice buzz and enough nicotine for the day, instead of spending the entire day hitting your vape like crazy. and if you vape without the nicotine, what's the point? is it really worth it to kill your lungs just for the smoke clouds, the flavour and the trend? in my experience, i've never got a buzz by vaping. i'm not a heavy smoker & neither have i been smoking for long. maybe i did get a buzz but didn't even realise bc it was not as good as the cigarette buzz. and yes, vaping can be fun for a while bc of the smoke, the smell, taste and variety of flavours. but after doing it for a while, i got bored and wanted some cigarettes lol (i was abroad and not of age to buy cigarettes there)
Pandemic? I think you mean epidemic. With respect. Isn't better younger people use vapes than smoke cigarettes? We KNOW cigs kill. We KNOW vapes have a very very low chance of harming people. So much misinformation out there.
will you ever try a heated tobacco device like iqos or glo, they're device that heat the tobacco using specifically tobacco sticks rolled in paper like cigarettes, but you can't light up them, instead you can heat up them with the devices. for iqos there's heets or terea if you're taking one of the iluma device, instead you can have a cheaper device which is glo that uses some tobacco sticks called neo and lucky strike balanced tobacco and smooth tobacco. See you in the next video.
One of the best things a smoker can do for their health is buy a vape. Breathing in burnt smoke is always worse than evapourated oil. Cigarettes contain thousands of chemicals, many of which are cancerogenous, vape liquids only contain 2, propylene glycol and vegetable oil. When speaking of nicotine, suprisingly it's not harmful. Nicotine is even neuro-protective. The danger of nicotine comes from the fact that it gets you addicted to smoking tobacco which when lit, releases many other dangerous chemicals. This stuff is all shown by science. We also already have people who have vaped for 10+ years heavily. That alreary is a long term smoker, and other if something magically comes up after they reach the 15th year, they seem pretty fine. I don't wanna be held liable tho guys, i'm no expert, just someone who has looked at the evidence.
smoking or vaping is a personal experince. but when you're a smoker you get use to having to take all your draws in a row a burning cigarette so when you switch to vaping at first you can find yourself puffing a lot. when i switched to vaping i noticed i was doing that so i worked on taking less puffs. but i was a two pack a day smoker now i hit my vape maybe fifty times through out the day a day.
Good points! But you don't touch on one point that puts me off vaping. Vaping is inelegant. Smoking a cigarette is so much more elegant. I mean, can you imagine somebody like Audrey Hepburn vaping, if that had been available in her time? Vaping basically, from an aesthetics viewpoint, looks like sucking on a metal tube. Where is the style in that?
I believe that both has pros and cons that the vape has a variety of flavour and nicotine strength and that vaping is less harmful cause of the chemicals but it’s as addictive as cigarettes you can vape all day without your lungs hurting but cigarettes buzz are better like a more chill vibe as in vape free base nicotine or salt nic tho is more energetic although everyone has different tastes personally I don’t mind cigs but I would do it occasionally as vapes I’d go any day I remember my 50 mg vape was so addictive had to quit and get nicotine patches cuz of how addictive it is but anyways love the content Connie sry for the paragraph haha keep it up
i never tried cigs i started vaping at 31 never looked back. I am curious about cigarettes but I probably would never try it unless they ban vaping in my country. I like nicotine as a substance. Those teens who ended up in hospital tried thc vapes which can be dangerous I think.
Vape companies 1000% are trying to target their future customers (kids) After vaping for more than 5 years I realized I had fluid in my lungs that I had to spit out for months after quitting I also vaped wayyy too much because unlike cigarettes I can do it pretty much wherever whenever
I agree with your assessments 100%. You have not however taken it to the logical conclusion ... pipe smoking. Before cigars there were pipes. Cigarettes made smoking more accessible to the masses than cigars, and now vaping makes nicotine delivery and addiction more accessible to a wider and younger audience. If you really believe smoking should be more difficult you should buy a pipe. It would be awesome to get your input on this theory I just put forward.
I mean, I think you know this because it’s pretty obvious, but the reason for the colours is that those that sell nicotine containing products are not really concerned about health or addiction. They are concerned about profits having colorful products gets people hooked younger, which means there will be hooked for longer on average, which means they will buy more vapes, which means the companies will earn more money
I vape primarily because I have to hide it from certain people at home. I loved to smoke when on my own and I can't wait to move out on my own. I probably will start smoking again.
Hi hello Connie... It Kelvin here... I want an opinion from You actually... Well i use to smoke two packs a day of ciggs... But now for 5 or 6 months, i started Vaping... And lots of people including my father are telling me tht is bad...my father wants me to smoke ciggs... But for the time being, vaping has decreased my appetite for ciggs and decreased my addiction... But i still don't know really... What should I do Connie..??
Keep vaping if you can't quit the addiction. After 3 years of vaping with ZERO health related issues, I threw my e liquid to see how easy it would be to stop (even though I've always been a social smoker in the past) the following night I went out and smoked 4 rolling tobacco cigarettes. The withdrawals were huge, I couldn't fight it, but I regret it. I'm on 0mg e liquid now, stranded between continuing vaping with nic or quitting, due to the fact that I bought hi end vape products in the past.... We'll see...
A few months ago, I woke up in the middle of the night REALLY craving nicotine (it was a very bad point in my life), to the point where I was visibly shaking. I took a huge hit off a disposable vape... I basically had a mini seizure in my bed, all of my limbs started flexing and extending, but I couldn’t control it at all. I wish I could say I could control my breathing, but when I tried to take a deep breath I ended up making a gasp/shout noise. I did end up being okay, and there’s no side effects to this event as far as I can tell. Made me switch to cigarettes, though.
the reason why vapes are so colorful is because tobacco companies WANT to advertise to children. gen z was on the way to becoming the generation that smoked the least cigarretes and consumed the least nicotine, and tobacco companies saw this and saw that they were basically losing their customer base, which for generations were quite solid. so, they market vapes as fruity and colorful to target young people. basically capitalism is the reason why children and teens vape.
Fun fact: vapes were made to stop people from smoking cigarettes and also people that smoke cigarettes may probably go to vapes. Same thing around people who vape maybe probably turn to smoking cigarettes.
I find that I crave vaping more in extreme weather bc it's either cold or hot so I prefer smoking inside but can't smoke a ciggy in my room, also I enjoy a sweet flavor here and there and it helps me regulate the emonte I smoke daily. i feel whatever packaging doesn't matter but when kids and teens buy it I believe that's not the fault of the vape company but the person who sold it to underaged ppl.
Is Vaping More Bad Then Ciggs?? Vape shops say tht its better than ciggs... And yes, i did spent lots of money... Please Connie, i want your opinion...
I used to smoke Marlboro Ice Blast then I tried vape to help me quit smoking but I experienced shortness of breath and a never ending cough. Shifted to IQOS instead. I can't stand smoking a full stick of cigarette anymore lol but I gotta admit - I do miss the feeling of lighting a cigarette and the amount of smoke it produce lol 😅
the timing of this vide is crazy lol. I just got my first vape and they're so much easier to use than cigarettes. I've been hitting it all the time even in the house and i was thinking this is dangerous lol i could get addicted
i wouldn't suggest keeping the vape as it can corrode either way there are places you can give them to, to be recycled properly but keeping it can be more dangerous to you then good for the environment
Your 100% not wrong and with 55 to 60 mg nic salts you literally can get to a point where you're consuming a pack or twos worth of nicotine worth of ejuice with relative ease. With a push of the button and ease of use its a dangerously easy way to consume. Also the fact your heating a coil that can oxidize and release poisonous chemicals and the fact what it takes to mine lithium and create the plastics used in em. Not an ideal situation weve created. I continue to vape but far from ignorant to what that means and does. The only thing i disagree with you is its dead ass cheap to vape in comparison to cigarettes if a half a pack or more a day smoker. Here in the states can get a solid pod vape with extra replaceable coils for the pods and a 30ml thing of juice for 35 bucks and from there occasionally buy a pack of coils and be sufficed for awhile just buying the juice at about 10 to 12 a bottle online.
having a disposable 6 months and still smoking it is really bad for your health because the liquid in these vapes or liquid generaly is not made to be smoked for that long u know😄 so thats maybe the reason u having shortnes of breath (the liquid is really shity)
Vaping benefits if u a cigarette smoker *Food taste better* *Less damage to lung* *Less craving for real cigarette* *Better skin* *Don't smell bad* *Always thirsty for water,so u drink alot* *Coffee taste like shit because vape and coffee can't be combine because it taste really sweet(less sugar use)*

So I would just stick with a cigar since I know that I'm getting the raw tobacco, properly aged and packed. Even with a cigar I'm extra careful. I have those things once a week.
Connie is getting more and more beautiful every single episode 😍. If this keeps happening eventually she will become overpowered ❤
1:51 Yo that’s so true thoughh. All the colors & different flavors really are a target for younger audiences.
The vitamin e had nothing to do with nic ecigs though. THC.
🤘🤘🤘🫶
@@RatedRLouisN.TNAwrestling Right right she mentioned shortness of breathe after using her cbd vape though, like I said not sure if that spilled over into the cbd side of things or not but worth noting.
I just recently found your channel and a week later, i switched from menthol to chesterfield originals, thank you so much my dude
U NOW KNOW WHATS UP
Always love you're connie you are a genuine honest person interesting video you are a good person
Thanks Liam, I can always count on your nice comment
my sister had to go to hospital cos of a nic vape, she was 20 or 19, im currently 14 and have been vaping for 2-3 years, she only vaped for maybe two, maybe less, before that it was cigs and other things.
What is the best cigggiy or vape
Do you still vape?
Been vaping for 10 years. No side effects. My spo2 is 100% so in my eyes at least it’s way better than cigarettes. I get a bigger buzz
Connie! A meme page I followed posted a screenshot of your channel
I MADE IT
I'm so glad that you're staying loyalty to your beloved cigs and cigarillos ❤️🤗
Making the switch from smoking to vaping was easy enough but the other way around was a little more challenging for us all.
another banger from Connie! 8^)

looooove your video as always!
Nothing hits like an unadulterated ciggy
now that is an exquisite comment
Cigs are dangerous!!!! @connie
Have you smoked herbs before? (Lavender, nutmeg, ex.)
Also how do you not cough when you inhale????
I feel like you know this and kinda mentioned parts of this in the video:
- why are vapes colorful and appealing to the youth?
@@KenzoConez72 bud disposable vapes are too easy access lmao. theyre not even FDA approved.
3 chems in vape and how much in a cig???
For me every cig is a journey and a experience (sometimes hear music also), like for some people a trip with drugs. Like the whole process with lighting and stuff is a part of this experience. This can´t be beaten if you just take the vape as often, as long and whereever you want. Thats just my opinion, do what you want and stay healthy.
true, it needs very strong mind set to use vapes in a controlled way... otherwise such easy access to nic, you will consume whole vape in a week or two.
I just got my first vape today and you dropped this. Coincidence?? No!
AHAHAHHA
Can you review “Zyn” they are nicotine pouches, don’t know if they’re sold in your country. Thanks
A vape looks like something they sell at a toy shop for kids. Cigarettes always will look better.
I love cigarettes
Once I finish my vape I’ll start smoking cigarettes with low nicotine..
hello beautiful Connie, great video, thank you so much! 🔥❤
Very valid point, although I personally prefer the non-burning chemical variant (in this case vaping) to lighting up my cigarettes.
Risky indeed, but as someone with ADHD, I feel like it helps with fighting the addiction (ironically) because my neurons are less receptive to dopamine. :)))
Imagine hitting nicotine and get the taste of fruits in ur mouth
kinda goofy xDDDDDD
I quit smoking 🚬 after 20 years. Used vaping near the end of smoking 🚬 then quit both . Trying to recover. Like your videos😅😅😅
i love your videos
tysm !!!
Which make no sense.
i totally agree! cig> vape
im 15 and i cant stop vaping i have some days where i eally dont want to vape and stand up for my word to not vape but the next day i just need it and i really wnat to stop any tips?
i've hit some vapes before and tbh i don't get the hype. like i do understand they were mostly made for people who wanted to quit cigarettes and i think that's a good idea. but it's turning into a world pandemic lol, especially between young people.
i get that vapes may be fun (bc of the big smoke clouds & the flavour lol) but if you do it for the nicotine, why not smoke one cigarette and cut it there? you'll get a nice buzz and enough nicotine for the day, instead of spending the entire day hitting your vape like crazy. and if you vape without the nicotine, what's the point? is it really worth it to kill your lungs just for the smoke clouds, the flavour and the trend?
in my experience, i've never got a buzz by vaping. i'm not a heavy smoker & neither have i been smoking for long. maybe i did get a buzz but didn't even realise bc it was not as good as the cigarette buzz. and yes, vaping can be fun for a while bc of the smoke, the smell, taste and variety of flavours. but after doing it for a while, i got bored and wanted some cigarettes lol (i was abroad and not of age to buy cigarettes there)
Maybe you had it to long what's in it 9:06 besides cbd?is there a coil?
Connie, what do you think about IQOS? Would you make a video about it? Love your videos❤
never tried but maybe soon!!
Hey connie keep going with your videos
Do you still smoke per day one cigarette? Is one cigarette enough per day ?
Yes self control is very important but besides that, how do feel now After months of vaping instead smoking?
First time I smoked was after vaping for a while and I personally like the feel of smoking but vaping is more convenient and easier to use
Honestly so true, I still will always vape though because I don’t like to burden my family and what not with the smell of a cigarette 😭💔
Thanks Connie for making vape video :3
Good points! But you don't touch on one point that puts me off vaping. Vaping is inelegant. Smoking a cigarette is so much more elegant. I mean, can you imagine somebody like Audrey Hepburn vaping, if that had been available in her time? Vaping basically, from an aesthetics viewpoint, looks like sucking on a metal tube. Where is the style in that?
I only vape when I can't smoke a cig, either because I'm indoors, don't have any cigs or it's late at night and I can't go out to smoke
Praying fr u hope u go sober(in the long run it will be better) haven’t watched ur channel in awhile take care be safe
Those teens who ended up in hospital tried thc vapes which can be dangerous I think.
i love your accent
I agree with your points about vaping
True, I vape and I drag on that thing ALL. THE. TIME. super addicted
Connie and vape is the perfect duo
Whatever you do I like 😊 your videos 👍
Vape companies 1000% are trying to target their future customers (kids)
After vaping for more than 5 years I realized I had fluid in my lungs that I had to spit out for months after quitting
I also vaped wayyy too much because unlike cigarettes I can do it pretty much wherever whenever
yeah :// sorry that happened to you friend, but this confirms my fear of vapes!
Fluids in lungs. Short breath. Im telling by experience.
@@connieramos yea honestly I think the natural stuff is better then the chemicals
I think moderation is just key
because you use high vg eliquid like the cloud chase vapers use
or you e-liquid contains vitamin e acetate
Smoking without using hands, is that possible?
i have tried a few times but failed miserably so would love to see you try
(evil laughs)
Made me switch to cigarettes, though.
the reason why vapes are so colorful is because tobacco companies WANT to advertise to children. gen z was on the way to becoming the generation that smoked the least cigarretes and consumed the least nicotine, and tobacco companies saw this and saw that they were basically losing their customer base, which for generations were quite solid. so, they market vapes as fruity and colorful to target young people. basically capitalism is the reason why children and teens vape.
i do like vaping because of the convenience. but i make sure not to surpass a certain amount of hits.
i vape bc a pack is like 40 bucks where i live, however i definitely agree with what you're saying
Bom video!
Has your cough stopped ?
@@jss2256 yes!

the timing of this vide is crazy lol. I just got my first vape and they're so much easier to use than cigarettes. I've been hitting it all the time even in the house and i was thinking this is dangerous lol i could get addicted

hey connie, I’m brazilian and after only hearing you speaking english, I’m very curious to see how you sound in portuguese
The cigarette hassle is a ritual to me now.
i wouldn't suggest keeping the vape as it can corrode either way there are places you can give them to, to be recycled properly but keeping it can be more dangerous to you then good for the environment
IM DOOMED THEN AAAAAAAA ill be looking for a place to leave it then!
Vaping benefits if u a cigarette smoker
*Food taste better*
*Less damage to lung*
*Less craving for real cigarette*
*Better skin*
*Don't smell bad*
*Always thirsty for water,so u drink alot*
*Coffee taste like shit because vape and coffee can't be combine because it taste really sweet(less sugar use)*
