Great tips, gotta try the Mai Tai! Personally I don't pull mine back strong/straight from the hairline. (Mostly owing to having a high forehead and wimpy hairline, so I try not to accentuate that.) I have kind of a side part/sweep, so I just grab it from the sides/back and do my tie from there. This seems to alleviate the tension on the front and also gives it a little more vertical volume rather than looking like it's slicked straight back.
Cool stuff! I actually just broke out my third packet of Hair Ties for Guys (out of the five you were kind enough to send me) because they've lasted so long.

Where the hell have you guys been? Just found out about you all. Been growing my lion's mane for a little over two years now and i'm finally a little past the awkward stage. Got another two more years of growth to get it where i want it which is more than half way down my back. Great videos guys!
Do you feel like pulling your hair back hurts? I'm new to this and I'm using my Hair Ties For Guys and any style I do just seems to HURT LIKE HECK. It always seems like there's a few strands of hair taking all of the weight. I try to loosen it with my hands then the weight moves to other strands.. really started to get frustrating haha

Leonard Sizemore it's normal. Your hair is shedding. The longer it gets the more the shedding gets. I've had long hair before and I'm currently growing it out again. If you live with a female be it mom/sis/wife/gf/ or lady friend check for their hairbrush and most likely hairs are going to be all over it. Also the hair can get stuck in the drain in the shower happened to me to alot 😂😂😂😂. Don't worry it's totally normal.

please bring inn a long haired wavy curls preferred 2b 3c hair for some hair help, you straight hair guy have it made not dealing with frizzy long wavy curly hair, sometimes as much as I like the ferternity not very helpful for wavy culture hair :(
