What was the setting on your bass. I can play the song it's just it doesn't have that same growl. I changed my strings and it still sound wrong. Great video by the wat

+Jaredtheanarchist 24 I'm using both pickups with the tone all the way up. That got all the growl I needed for this song. If your bass has two pickups on it, I'd try rolling both the volumes up and see if that helps. Thanks man!

its literally playing your instrument and learning what note sound like on it and how they sound different at different points on the bass then its listening to records and hearing the sounds and translating them to positions on the bass :3
