Amazing. As an Old Person™️ who grew up listening to DK (in like 1996, almost 2 decades after this song was originally written) and was one of only two girls in my school who played guitar and bass, this makes me very happy. The torch is passing through the generations nicely.

Awesome job! Growing up I had a copy of Give Me Convenience or Give Me Death, but not Fresh Fruit for Rotting Vegetables so it always feels weird hearing the much faster original version.

Nice cover! What DAW do you use? In my headphones the bass is only on the left side, if you roll down the low freq in the song you should be able to use your bass in mono to blend in. I usually do this for practice and it works pretty good. Nice job!

I haven't changed the strings in so long but I'm pretty sure they're fender roundwound 45-105 ones!
