For those wanting to get better, just look at janja footwork, compare how often she cuts loose compared to others, be that a small no feet jump up or a big dyno jump, mostly she has foot contact. If you are pumping out in the forearms when u fall then u need to lessen the load on them by using your feet, torso, body tension better where practical. Janja is in a league of her own, it's amazing to see how well she does nearly everything
Yah, the two climbers who were most diligent about keeping their feet on something at all times - Garnbret and Tanii - both finished in the top four.

Last I heard she's a full time student.
She’s studying. This year she plans to be at Innsbruck and Seoul WCs. And of course Paris Olympics. She seems to prefer to attend the ones that do both Boulder and Lead in the one place? That seems to be the pattern I see in her choices. Climbing is just one part of her life (a big part yes but just one part). She’s an oddity in the circuit for sure. Everyone else on the circuit seems to have that singularity of focus on climbing in their lives whilst for her, it just seems to be less so? I think that’s her allure. The fact that we don’t always see her, it makes her appearances that much more appealing and sought after.
I didn't recognize Zhilu Luo at first, both her appearance and climbing has changed.
