Just made this & it tasted so good! :) I baked at 170C for 25 mins. The centre sank in a bit maybe because I didn't whip the egg whites till stiff peaks.
Just made this with 50g of erythritol. The aroma is soooo nice but a little too sweet for me. Gonna reduce to 40g erythritol when I bake again this end of the week.

溫度的話之前有人反映說溫度太高,建議大家先用350華氏度/180攝氏度烤20-30分鐘,期間可以觀察蛋糕的情況再做調整
我啱啱試咗啦,跟你用190度焗咗一陣,我覺得好似都係太高,自己調校到180度焗咗35分鐘,但係未熟,後尾再補多10分鐘。
我試過,200C, 沒有乾紋, 剛好, 沒有用忌廉,用了堅果奶, 謝謝食譜, 很好吃
我啱啱試咗啦,我落咗60g (即係比原先食譜少咗10g) 都覺得好甜,大家可以減糖,尤其食唔慣咁甜嘅。

呀!😱也是用小烤箱嗎?如果烤箱不夠高很有可能把蛋糕表面烤焦,不過每個烤箱脾氣不太一樣,可以試試把溫度調低一點,或者如果只是表面焦的話在蛋糕上面蓋一層錫箔紙也可以

要看你的羅漢果糖是多甜的,我用的赤蘚糖醇是正常糖的80%,如果你的羅漢果糖是正常甜度100%的話需要適當的減少一點
