Worst Society and maintenance, lot of politics, if you own a flat that is fine. But never rent a flat in 14th avenue. No matter how rich you are what job you do. I will never recommend. I don't spread negativity but people are cheap there, you wont get proper service.
Don't buy gaur city flat...if you want to buy..talk to existing residents..lot of problems... maintenance is very poor.... don't believe any videos..they may be paid by builder.. don't waste your hard earned money..
