Today we are travelling through Greater Noida West, the most modern and the smartest city of India. We will start our journey from char Murti chowck which is also known as Gaur Chowck. We will se Gaur City, Gaur City Center, Gaur Mall, Galaxy mall and supertech, Ajnara, Gaur City, Town Central and ATS Nobility, Amprapali flats, Cherry County and a lot of other projects.
Greater Noida is a planned city located in Gautam Buddha Nagar district of the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. The city was created as an extension to Noida area under the UP Industrial Area Development Act, 1976 and a part of Delhi NCR Situated 30 km (19 mi) south-east of the capital city of New Delhi, it takes around 30 minutes to travel between the cities via the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. The city is administered by Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA)

4:23, 4:41, 4:51, 5:18 Why in all Indian cities we find such buildings ? Why most of the residential buildings in India looks like this ever since 1990's ? It looks so old fashioned..If you go back to year 2000, you would find the same kind of structures in mumbai amd delhi..The reason which i dont like these kind of buildings is not only because it doesnt look good or looks outdated but also because you would find exactly the same kind of buildings in pakistani cities as well..Those who dont believe, just cross check it..In lahore, islamabad, karachi, you would find same kind of buildings...
The buildings in India be it residential or commercial should look Modern, Unique and not easy to copy..
Yogi ji develop Noida with advance and modern technology. Make greater Noida IT hub. Build high modern and advance high scrapper buildings. Make Noida high tech.

Bhai Noida and Greater noida were developed way before Yogi. The ongoing projects are mostly planned, years before, they're not recently planned.
New Delhi, noida, gurgram, Mumbai, banglore, chennai , hyderabad, kochi.. should have skyscrapers and awesome skyline ❤

Now I can say Noida has very few commercial or IT buildings than Hyderabad's High-tech City. I was shocked to see High-tech City, Noida needs cleaness & more new age glass buildings.
This is not a complete noida tour, this is just a 5 km drive as mentioned in the beginning of the video.
This is Greater Noida not Noida , 70% IT companies are in Noida . Noida and Greater Noida both are different cities . Roadmap are also ready for New Noida ( upcoming new city )

@@greenworld5587 Yeah I have seen many sectors of Noida they're very scattered in sector wise I'm very hopeful of upcoming Cyberthum Grandthum, Supernova spira & Eon etc, But still residential are too much & commercial buildings are lesser, It's infrastructure is better than High tech city
The most Expensive project of Greater Noida West -Gaurs Saundaryam is also one of the most luxury landmark on NOIDA WEST !!
don't forget to cover sec-3...the hype is increasing for that area

The area looks very modern and developed but disappointed cattle are still roaming in the road. I wonder why the concerned authorities of our country do not look this cattle and stray dog menace in our cities ? Nowhere in the world you will found cattle stray dogs are roaming on the city roads.

When i saw china's urban planning & infrastructurea, it was stunning 😲😲 India will have to take 50 years to compete with china infrastructure.. Our intellectual elders told us India is a democratic country but actual democracy practiced by republic of China with discipline... definitely in a couple of decade china will be leading country instead of USA..
