I find it interesting how the P5 'Best girl' talk is all-out war while the nobody argues that Naoto and Mitsuru are the best girls in their games. And if someone does they just say 'Eh, I just like [Insert other girl's name here] more but Naoto/Mitsuru's nice.'.
Shows that the Makoto boys are the ones that make it a battlefield, not Makoto herself which is fine.
Tbh not really for Mitsuru, the best girl from majority of P3 Fans is Aigis no question as she’s a robot girl. But yeah naoto is usually best girl for fans story wise and that’s probably like that in P5 because unlike both previous games all the girls are amazing and none of them are really annoying.
You're right, it's been so long since I've seen a P3 waifu argument that I forgot Aigis was the majority's favourite.
If I'm not Mistaken believe it or not Mitsuru is actually a majority of people's favorite waifu. There was some popularity poll that was held for persona 3, Mitsuru was in first place and Yukari 2nd place. I can link you it if you want surprisingly Aigis wasn't in the top 3.
But I do agree, as a Makoto fan I have to be honest and say some of her fans are super vocal
