Review: Arrived well packaged and every shelf was labelled so it was easy to assembly it. It comes with a user manual, just follow the instruction. I purchased the 5-tier shelf. The shape is zig-zag, very modern, perfect for his stuff. We put it in the bedroom, looks really nice. Does not take up so much space and does a really good job.
Highly recommended!
If you solid walls as opposed to wooden walls is it a easy job ?

In the manual they dont write how what drill diameter i need to use for the attached plugs cause i have to drill it in a concrete wall so i must know which diameter drill i need to use

When installing the main 3 screws to the wall did he just screw them into the wall with no anchor mount ?

Definitely you need anchors/toggles. Especially when you are putting a shelf into drywall / green wall / plasterboard.
Those shelves are heavy. They are made from MDF board. Then you are going to display something on it. If you don't put an anchor in the wall, it will rip through the plasterboard. It is not strong!
