So we tried to connect the cell phone to TV but there is still no signal but if we connect unit to a laptop it will work. Any suggestions why we can't plug into new Samsung phone and have it to work? No CD with our order.
Same with me i tried it on a laptop and i works but when it comes to my cellphone realme 8 it always says no signal and showing no signs
