Hello, my name is Jon Michael, and I’m a professional pianist from Birmingham, AL. If you haven’t noticed, I am a little person, standing only 3’8” tall. Just a theory, but I think that because of your small hand size, you have a greater feeling for the dynamic range of key travel than pianists with "normal" sized hands. Your dynamic touch is absolutely amazing....from softest soft to fortissimo.
