Only to end up going back to Community College to study Architecture years later.. Never did anything in Business.. Never used that Business degree

I always love to hear "logic".... explained. The last woman has an incredible zero sum argument as to why her ass should die alone. I don't have any kids. If I wanted another mouthy freeloader i'd get a coyote. No thought to overall more living space. No thought to the likelihood the bigger, nicer, apartment will be in a nicer neighborhood. That it could accommodate more guests and visitors... Oh... or that she would have a man. Last point, half doesn't have to mean 50%.... If you make $40k and I make $120k i'm not expecting you to meet me halfway. I am however, expecting that you will contribute to your maintenance and upkeep... Like any grown adult should... and more importantly, as you are already doing on your own. This ! When I went to college for biology . I worked PT at a local hospital lab . I was establishing a network and learning about a small sector of my " possible " future jobs . Turns out , I spent my career in the pharmaceutical industry . Not even working in a lab . 🤔 Also , Amazon wants managers ( straight off the streets) with a degree in absolutely anything . That piece of paper , can start you at around $70k . You can be working towards your masters in your chosen field . While still making a sustainable living . People don't wanna do the trench work , anymore . Very few of us start at the top . That's not how life works.

First, it assumes that a high school diploma was supposed to have a value, when it is basic education. Most people understand that it has minimal value. Its most valuable purpose is to prove your eligibility for a 4 year degree. Then you suggest that since the high school diploma doesn’t have value, that means the college degree won’t have value. When by experience we should all know that each incremental increase in credential generally has more value than the next level. That’s how these thing generally work, so to suggest that a higher level of credential doesn’t have value because they lower level doesn’t have value is just idiotic. That’s not how credentialing ever works. And a 4 year degree certainly isn’t useless. And neither is a a gig school diploma. If you look up the census data, you will find that, on average, people who complete a high school make more money a year than those who don’t. And, on average, people with a 4-year college degree generally make more than people with an associates degree or a high school diploma.
