The most affecting and the best training from all of these training techniques in my opinion has to be the Russian one where you have to learn not flinch and train you to handle pressure while in a shootout.

I'm not sure if its changed but sound 2010 some PLA training info was leaked and they were spending around 1/3 or more of basic training on communist ideology, including reading Maos little red book almost daily

These are the special forces
I learned cold water "seasoning" the body to prepare for harsh winter conditions. After months of warmer spring and summer temperatures. Winter comes quite suddenly later on. I wait for a cold night -5c and take a dip in the river maybe once or twice. Walk for 10-20 minutes soaked in the cold weather back to my vehicle to change out of wet clothes and get myself warmed up again. Sometimes it takes a few polar bear dives to make me get adjusted to cold weather

The Philippines Scout Ranger hell week, sniper test and the final training are by far the craziest! Fighting in real combat with real enemies in southern part of the country for them to graduate!
