It is important, because the true face of evil is always deception and lie and those two love broad, general terms.

Zelensky didn't try to prevent the conflict through diplomacy because he lacks honor and integrity.
In 2014 there was a coup. Soon after, there was a massacre in Odessa (dozens of people were burned alive). Ethnic Russians living in Ukraine were treated as subhuman. Their languaage and culture was being oppressed. A civil war broke out due to the rise in ethnic tensions. For 8 years the Ukrainian military was indiscriminately shelling civilians living in Donbas.
If Zelensky honored the Minsk agreement and pledged neutrality, none of this would have happened. The 8 year civil war would have ended and Donbas would have remained part of Ukraine. War is the ultimate failure of diplomacy.
Zelensky, Poroshenko, Merkel and Hollande admitted that Ukraine had no intention to honor the Minsk agreements.
Who didn't want peace? Who advised against the 2022 peace talks in April? Hint: someone visited Zelensky in Kiev at that time
Russia's national security was compromised once NATO began to expand eastwards. Russia clearly stated that Ukraine joining NATO was a red line (November 2021) and unfortunately this concern was never taken seriously. The Russians openly stated: if nothing changes, we will be forced to act in order to defend our national security. Enhancing the national security of one country at the expense of another is unacceptable. The Russians have legitimate security concerns.
20th September, 2021. Ukraine launched military drills with US and NATO
NATO is not a defensive alliance. NATO illegally bombed Yugoslavia (a direct violation of the U.N. Charter).
We should never forget what they did to Libya, Afghanistan, Iraq etc.
Who blew up the pipeline causing an environmental disaster?
Zelensky banned all opposition and arrested a leading priest.
Zelensky tried to invoke article 5 under false pretenses. Remember the incident in Poland.
Ethnic Russians living in Ukraine were treated as subhuman. Their language and culture was being oppressed.
Poroshenko said, “Our children will go to schools and kindergartens-theirs will hide in the basements”.
Russians will never forget the 2014 Odessa massacre. The whole world needs to know about it.
Why was Denis Kireev eliminated? He was a member of Ukraine's negotiating team during the peace negotiations. He wanted to help his country.
Ukraine has a hit list. They target artists, journalists and ordinary citizens. Hundreds of children are on this list. 13 year old Faina Savenkova was placed on this list.
Pink Floyd's Roger Waters is on this list. Jimmy Dore (American stand-up comedian, podcaster) and Aaron Maté (Canadian writer and journalist) are on this list.
There is evidence that Ukrainian troops have been indiscriminately shelling civilians in Donbas (they used petal mines and targeted areas where there was no military presence).
The azov troops trapped in the azovstal steelworks in Mariupol used human shields. They refused to allow civilians to leave despite of humanitarian corridors being present.
Russia held a proposed cease fire in order for the civilians to leave, but azov would not allow the civilians to leave.
Ukraine has committed many acts of terrorism (car bombs and other forms of assassination). Darya Dugina (journalist) R.I.P.
The first terrorist attack on the Kerch bridge killed the truck driver and the individuals in the adjacent car (innocent civilian victims).
The second terrorist attack on the Kerch bridge killed two parents and severely injured their young daughter.
I have done a lot of research and it took me a long time to write this comment. I have stated a lot of facts and I have given my honest opinion.
I have provided a brief summary of events that took place. In order to explain this whole situation in great detail, a book would need to be written.
Hopefully someone will write an UNBIASED book, stating facts and allowing the readers to form their own judgments. Everything I said can be fact checked and verified.

So pleased to see Jeff J Brown on your channel. He has been out of commission for a while, and he is one of my favorites. Did not know China and North Korea had a mutual defense policy. He used to do a program with another Jeff on East versus West, and it was the most interesting program of any. I disagree with the opinion on Putin and the war because a long view on the war is risky and gives the enemy time to adjust and escalate. Also, as I have said before, I do not see any evidence that Russia can take all of Ukraine. But he is absolutely correct about the Military Industrial Complex in the west. Another great interview, Nima. If people can't stay tuned for the whole hour - please do yourself a favor and listen from 57:00 to the end (a few minutes). Mr. Brown lays out in just a couple of minutes the most enlightening, courageous and truthful overview of the Israeli situation. He goes right to the core issues 1) The Israelis are not Semites, they have no historic or ethnic ties to the Middle East, They are Americans, British, Canadians and Australians (all European genetic stock) - with NO legitimate claim to have settled on Palestine land. It was a British/Zionist project that has no right to exist, and never did. The land they stole, settled on, walk on today, built houses and settlements on is PALESTINE, and needs to go back to it's legitimate semitic Palestinian inhabitants.

"Its official name is the Mutual Aid and Cooperation Friendship Treaty between the People's Republic of China and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. The treaty is currently the only defense treaty China has with any nation, while North Korea's only other such treaty is with Russia." India is not quite there. it appears quite 2-faced and has delusions of actually being more important than it really is at this point [because it buys into the lie the US feeds it to pit it against China - which isn't difficult because India is quite envious of China]. and his clear-eyed picture of Israel is commendable. would love to see Mr Brown back!

the forgotten war, when Russia after dealing with the NAZI's went over the mountains and swept down through Manchuria to drive out the Japanese. Everyone need to remember this liberation of China.

    • @chadkarr7394

They helped, with Manchuria, yes. But the mainland of Ch1na further to the south, was unconquerable for the Japanese, as it was like the Soviet Union: a VAST nation, of which the Japanese lacked the full necessary resources to actually ever fully achieve conquest. Even with Ichi Go, that operation was just to establish cordons of continuous communications between areas held by Japanese forces, and that bled Japanese forces dry of significant resources. It was all too easy, for the Soviets to crush the Kwantung Army, because when they came in to crush it, the Japanese forces weren't even at full strength (even if they were, the Soviets still would've succeeded in Manchuria, but it might have been slightly more costly, and/or time-consuming). By 1944, the Axis (in Europe & Asia) we're running out of man-power & resources, through and through. If Amer1ca got into a conventional war (full scale) with Russ1a or especially Ch1na, either nation would crush Amer1ca (who isn't ready for high intensity warfare, whatsoever at all). Amer1ca lacks vital industries to survive a total war, and its population is nothing like it's WW2 era composition (at least people back then, had at least some idea of what hardship was; now, people are soft, lazy, decadent, and can't handle any pressures that a real war would bring).

Yeah, no about Russia being more prestigious than USSR. Absolutely not true at all. Was doing well until that point. Soviet Union was REVERED all over the world until Khrushchev f'd things up with restoring capitalism. Going to keep listening, but that pissed me off. Further Russia is using soviet infrastructure, some state ownership and planning AND Soviet diplomacy from Stalin era. So, NO, not more prestigious. Many people of former USSR nations also want Soviet socialism back and this will inevitably have to happen as capitalism always leads to crisis and THEN imperialism.

    • @JohnDoe-id1es

Ummm.... forgive me, but did Russia like, even EXIST before the USSR? I know it was pretty famous in the movies and stuff, but for REAL- America has been a super power, seems like, for EVER.

    • @thewickedwitchofse8998
      @thewickedwitchofse8998 3 месяца назад

@@JohnDoe-id1es What? Don't let your phone be the smartest thing about you. You can begin with the history of Russia (can't believe I have to tell someone this) and go to where the Bolshevik Revolution took place. SMFH Then read about WWI and WWII from a non-US/Western source---or pay very close attention to those wars and remove any distractions to see they were about IMPERIALISM---and the CZAR participated using peasants/working class for the FIRST ONE. I suppose I should not be surprised at the state of education in this country.
America a superpower? After WWII in particular it made loads of money REBUILDING what capitalist IMPERIALIST war destroyed in Europe and Japan (it's how new markets are made during crises of overproduction) over redistribution of illegal colonial thievery and that's how this $hithole nation became an anticommunist adversary to the Soviets, Chinese, Cubans, N Koreans, etc.. America is no "superpower" either, you watch too much television, clearly.
The fall of the WEST using the rest of the world to maintain the living standards for even the idiots of this country has begun and is rapidly accelerating. I hope during this coming collapse people begin to read history books and start getting a clue of where things began and where they will inevitably end. Not sure if you can comprehend Marx/Engels/Lenin and read historical materialism, but you may want to add it to your reading list after rudimentary history. Jesus H. Christ

Anywhere in the world, if there is a border dispute, it is usually the result of a line drawn by an Englishman; if it is an internal dispute, it is usually the US fueling it. Difference in implementation of divide and conquer strategy.

The for profit defense industry has done the US taxpayer a disservice by providing weapons that are incredibly complex, individually very highly priced, and unproven against equal opposition and built on a cost plus profit basis. Like fighter jet pilots require highly trained operators to function property.
It should be noted that with the advent of AI and drone technology, the carrier task force and the fighter jets it carries are on the verge of becoming obsolete.
