I've been doing the your ball handling online program for 3 months now, and I must say if you don't have a personal trainer.... THE BEST self ball handling training out there. How you mix stretching, mobility drills, strength training, on top of the ball handling is something NOBODY is doing. I know because I've tried pretty much all of them. lol You're a gift bro.

@@chillaxfact4949 really? What happened? I know I need this hip mobility and core because I used to have a decent core, and that was one of the reasons why my handles were gettin better now they are getting worse, I never had any hip mobility.. Which explains my lack of finesse when selling a move

Who makes the reaction sensor kit at 1:55 ? I see the low ones are mounted on the SKLZ agility cones but i never seen the light sensor reaction kit sold anywhere.

Can always learn something new as a trainer use some of this for my clients but always remember "dead feet don't eat" train the feet to win
