Thank you for this video, content creator 🙂 I like the voice and how it was narrated. The ideas and principles were presented in an easy to understand and logical way, no fluff, going straight to the point. The visuals are good, nothing unrelated to the topic. Keep up the good work 👍
This Reminded me the Book Relentless by Tim Grover. He was the coach of Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant and in this book he explains how they harnessed their Dark side to be relentless. Awesome book if anyone is interested.
Tool have a song called "46&2". That song is about Carl Jung's 'Shadow" idea that is discussed here, and the song is about embracing that shadow, feeling the change consume you and working with it. This narration , along with the classic song from Tool itself is going to sound ideal and amazing back to back for me.
When I was young, I constantly was in fights and my mom hated it so she made me promise to not fight. Then one time someone was picking on me and even though I could win the fight I let the other guy win, denying my shadow, it made me depressed. I slowly began denying my shadow's wants, needs, even its voice and this led me to waste years of my life being society's perfect fool but now my shadow and I are one.
