    This is more of an update to the Lunar Pack collaboration Aer had with Ministry of Supply. It uses the same main body with good updates to the fabric and the addition of some front and side pockets. They also changed the water bottle pocket from a fully-zippered/enclosed design to an exposed one. Only criticism would be the location of that side D ring right above the water bottle pocket. It should’ve been on the opposite side (esp since they got rid of the side handle) b/c as is, if you lash anything to it, it’ll either interfere with getting your water bottle or it’ll be just a little unhygienic if you have an open-lipped bottle.

  • @MrJed_s
    @MrJed_s 2 года назад +1

    If you're testing the Nooz, you might want to test carrying them in their case in a front pants pocket. That's how I carried mine but it ended up rubbing on the lenses and scuffing them. This would be good to mention given their portability. I ended up switching to a soft reading glasses sleeve and continue to be happy with my pair (minus scratched lenses)

    Is the 4L less in this pack over the TP3S even noticeable? Given this one is 2cm shorter and 2cm narrower, I’m just curious if that little of a difference actually impacts the capacity of the bag, or if they both fit just as much and the 2cm extra on the TP3S is just used up by the added handles/buckled.

      @@v4714v yea, the only reason why i didnt get the tp3s was that it was stupidly heavy. 3.5lb for 28L is just bad.
      This iteration is way better for traveling. The tp3s is over-engineered to the point where it’s actually not that great of a travel bag anymore.

    I have a good question if somebody who has experience with Aer bags could answer it for me. I've really been looking into these bags and I'm loving their versatility and modern aesthetic, however the only thing drawing my attention in a negative way is that it seems their laptop sleeves are geared toward thinner macbook-like styles. As someone with a thicker laptop (Lenovo Legion 7, not terribly thick), will anything thicker fit? At least to me, the sleeves look super tight even without anything in them. Thank you in advance :)

      I have a legion 7i gen 7. And I have a Day Pack 2 X-Pac and a City Pack Pro X-Pac. My laptop fits in both backpacks, but the Day Pack barely fits in (like the zipper can scratch the laptop's edge if the laptop is not fully sitted). My City pack has a deeper but not wider laptop sleeve compare to the Day pack (though, it is still a tight fit for my laptop). Hope this helps!
