Lastly, I just cleaned up a few transitions that weren't edited together properly. For "The Original Radahn Fight" entry, I believe it was referring to Radahn's original second phase where he turns into a meteor and crashes down into the arena. Instead of Radahn, Astel was supposed to crash into the arena and we were supposed to fight him. Astel's model even has animations of him flying down into the arena in the game files. Zullie went over this recently on her channel.

One thing, the eye that Gurranq give you when you gave him the first deathroot (Beast Eye) looks a lot like the new open eye of Melina in the frenzied flame ending. Since the eye help the player to find the other deathroot and Melina tell that she want to give you your destined death, their might be a link.

Played this game countless times and i guess its cause i always smoke heavy before playing that i dont piece some of these things together, i started reading every item description now and the story is even more amazing after this video . I always thought the dung eater was such a odd ending to include. Like its just out of nowhere. You have a royal government, an extremely powerful sorceress, a wealthy influential family, and a literal god as possible factions to join for an ending. Then you get this random killer thats banging his head against the wall perpetually in the sewers. Like wtf.
You didn't pay attention then. He represents the omens, those once accepted and even considered a blessing by the world and now shunned and hunted due to the golden order. His ending ushers in a world in which all are malformed omens therefore none are ostracized

Horns, tails, scales, etc. The aspects of the crucible were once thought of as a holy blessing (hence we have crucible knights) however in order for Marika to push the idea that she is the one and only "true god", omens had to be shunned and opressed so as to not pose a link to the Golden Order. Or something along those lines

So, quick note on the dung eater. There's a creature in japanese folklore called the kappa. It's known for a lot of things, good and bad, but one of those things is... stealing people's souls from their butts. They yank out these "Shirikodama", a ball that was believed to house the soul which is located... up in there. So yeah, Dung Eater is probably called that because he was found doing a little impromptu proctology on his victims to violate their soul. In short, Prostate Muncher's preferred kill method was the Bloodborne Visceral Backstab.
Ranni and Melinas tattoos, when overlapping, create a full five fingers. It seems imperative that they’re connected in some way, though I believe Melina to be either the daughter of or simply the dusk eyed queen, due to her connection with destined death, the killing of gods, and litterally having a dark colored eye
10:00 this’s exactly what I love about souls games, just how open to play style they r. It’s just incredible to see the things people have spent time piecing together and the amazing builds they create.
The point about difficulty and easy mode is pretty well put, because usually I do agree with having an easy mode in most games, and I don't think it really matters if people have a story-focused gameplay option, but the Souls games really is a bit different in that regard and playstyle is what makes the game so enjoyable and determines how difficult it even is I had someone tell me I was playing Bloodborne wrong because I use the Blades Of Mercy, because I wasn't optimising the highest DPS weapon possible with the highest DPS build and boosting my stats strategically to be as strong as I possibly could by endgame I just like the swooshy slashy slicey and wearing armour that makes my character look good as opposed to having the highest stats, and some gamers just can't fathom that it's how you simply enjoy playing the game and in itself, makes it a valid way to play the game I am smoothbrain and dyscalculic; I'm not good at optimising numbers and keeping track of percentages and damage output. I don't want to logistically calculate the most efficient way to upgrade my armour and weapons or grind Its why I struggle so much in MMORPG's even though I love being in clans and talking to other players. Theres an efficient and right way to do things that save the most time or resources and its a waste to deviate from that, but I find that boring and hard to even calculate or work out, so I'm just going to learn how to throw down with an eldritch abomination using pocket knives in an outfit that makes me look as cool as possible

We find Rannis body during her quest, on her Divine Tower. 2. The hair color doesn't match. Rennala has black hair, Radagon has bright red hair, while Melina has a pinkish brown hair and Rannis body seems to imply she had red/orange hair. 3. Does anyone, but us and Rogier even know that Ranni was behind the night of the Black blades? When he first talks to us about the night he says: „It happened during the Golden Age of the Erdtree, long before the shattering of the Elden Ring. Someone stole a fragment of the Rune of Death from Maliketh, the Black Blade. And on a bitter night, murdered Godwyn the Golden. That was the first recorded Death of a demigod in all history. Radagon is Marika. Melina is Ranni. I mean, it's not that much of a stretch, all things considered. I prefer to think Melina is the Gloam Eyed Queen, but that's my head cannon XD
Just saying but there is a dialogue section with Melina outside the Morgott boss-fight where she confirms that Radagon and Marika were separate before they became married.
There is some that say Melina is the Gloam-eyed queen versus being Ranni because you inherited the frenzied flame and she wants to provide destined death. I would recommend looking on YT for people who can explain it more than I can type it here
The "You don't have the right" messages are the best ones and if you say otherwise you have bad taste and I don't wanna be friends with you. Also, the Souls games DO have an easy mode. Just be a wizard, and in Elden Ring they made INT katanas making it even more of an easy mode with how busted bleed is.

I would just like to say that on the dung eater's name thing, you're most likely right, its probably just an insulting name. However, it is technically possible the the dung eater does eat dung, we don't really have proof either way on that tbh. Is it likely just a name they gave him as in insult because hes hated? Most definitely. But it's still possible that he does eat dung. In fact, the only person who we can be sure doesn't eat dung is my man boggart, he eats prawn and crab. Everybody else is never show what they eat or if they even eat at all.

Did u mention fias ending or was i not paying attention at that moment, when i did my three endings i chose ranni first then fia then the frenzied flame, giving me my final trophy and gaining the platinum. Now im doing it all over again on ps5
I would make a brief note that I hate it when people make fun of accessibility OPTIONS. Quest markers in most games can be turned off and are there for people who get lost easily (as some people literally cannot form a mental map, thank you very much). Any game is made easier or harder based on build and have the freedom to tackle the game how they want. An easy mode does not take away from that. All an easy mode asks is to make the game more forgiving to BRAND NEW players and people who have hand-eye coordination issues. Bad faith arguments like the one presented in this video just spits in the face of people who are good at video games, when provided the necessary accommodations. In fact, multi-player is Elden Ring's easy mode, as are the inclusion of spirit Ashes. Those being included actively acknowledge that some players struggle far more than others, and therein exist solely as an option for those who want or need it. I would not have been capable of beating Godwyn by myself as I do not have a tight enough reaction time or the right hand-eye coordination and this is something that I can't train in the same way others can. Yes, I play a game like Skyrim primarily on Novice mode because that game didn't bother to actually balance out properly the levels of difficulty and as such its not fun to play on anything higher long-term. Elden Ring chose to give players an ALTERNATIVE to an easy mode. Being condescending and disingenuous about why certain arguments are made, acting like people are asking for Bosses to be over nerfed or the player handed being over-powered is beyond stupid. Also, accessibility and micro-transactions have nothing to do with one another, thanks. Yes, I'm upset. Because I'm tired of being shamed for wanting to be given a way to actually learn how to play a game and actually get good at it. Fun fact: bashing your head against a wall doesn't facilitate much learning unless you're capable of surviving in a fight long enough to learning all the moves a boss uses or how they mix it up. I listen to icebergs to have fun, not to be shamed for the fact I like easy modes or require a game to give me tools to take on tougher challenges other than "getting good". Fun fact: the game could take away armor mattering at all and have your defense purely based on your character stats. Game developers are capable of adding in accessibility without trivualizing the gameplay, and people are asking for accessibility, not trivulization. People aren't lazy when they ask for an easy mode. They're stating that they're having trouble learning the game's mechanics and are being too harshly punished by the game for it. Also, no, I don't mind the lack of quest markers-because the game already has effective markers. It has certain sites of grace pointing in a particular direction, letting you know that's where progression is. What I WOULD like, however, is a list of NPCs I've actively accepted to help so I don't forget since my memory was diagnosed as a learning disability. Which is why I am careful of keeping track of such things. These are QUALITY OF LIFE changes being asked for, not "I want this game to be playable by 10 year olds."
You should be shamed. Fromsoft makes the games they want to make and if you don't want to play it thats a you problem. Why should they have to relocated resources and cut other content just to make an easy mode. Game also gives you a literal map unlike the past games where you actually had to have a mental map of where things are. Also the quests in Elden Ring are the easiest to follow out of any Fromsoft game. Get gud
Yes you are also in fact lazy. Too lazy to learn how to play the game. The game does in fact give you time to learn enemies move sets. It's call try and try again also looking up strategies or where things are online isn't cheating and is usually necessary

It seems imperative that they’re connected in some way, though I believe Melina to be either the daughter of or simply the dusk eyed queen, due to her connection with destined death, the killing of gods, and litterally having a dark colored eye

The point about difficulty and easy mode is pretty well put, because usually I do agree with having an easy mode in most games, and I don't think it really matters if people have a story-focused gameplay option, but the Souls games really is a bit different in that regard and playstyle is what makes the game so enjoyable and determines how difficult it even is
I had someone tell me I was playing Bloodborne wrong because I use the Blades Of Mercy, because I wasn't optimising the highest DPS weapon possible with the highest DPS build and boosting my stats strategically to be as strong as I possibly could by endgame
I just like the swooshy slashy slicey and wearing armour that makes my character look good as opposed to having the highest stats, and some gamers just can't fathom that it's how you simply enjoy playing the game and in itself, makes it a valid way to play the game
I am smoothbrain and dyscalculic; I'm not good at optimising numbers and keeping track of percentages and damage output. I don't want to logistically calculate the most efficient way to upgrade my armour and weapons or grind
Its why I struggle so much in MMORPG's even though I love being in clans and talking to other players. Theres an efficient and right way to do things that save the most time or resources and its a waste to deviate from that, but I find that boring and hard to even calculate or work out, so I'm just going to learn how to throw down with an eldritch abomination using pocket knives in an outfit that makes me look as cool as possible
i think the mark under ranni’s mark is the rune of death because it looks alot like it in the cutscene after you beat malikith.

Yknow, with the new image from the Shadows of the Erdtree DLC, it is fairly possible that the Erdtree is infact a parasite, and that the great tree was not the same as the crucible, but rather an erdtree simply free of the influence of the Greater Will.

Ranni and Melina might have a connection, but I'm not convinced that Melina and Ranni are the same person, here are some things why:
1. We find Rannis body during her quest, on her Divine Tower.
2. The hair color doesn't match.
Rennala has black hair, Radagon has bright red hair, while Melina has a pinkish brown hair and Rannis body seems to imply she had red/orange hair.
3. Does anyone, but us and Rogier even know that Ranni was behind the night of the Black blades? When he first talks to us about the night he says:
„It happened during the Golden Age of the Erdtree, long before the shattering of the Elden Ring. Someone stole a fragment of the Rune of Death from Maliketh, the Black Blade. And on a bitter night, murdered Godwyn the Golden.
That was the first recorded Death of a demigod in all history. And it became the catalyst. Soon, the Elden Ring was smashed, and thus sprang forth the war known as the Shattering."
Only after we give him the black knife imprint he say "Now, I have a fairly good idea who performed the rite upon the blade. The person who orchestrated the Night of the Black Knives.

There is some that say Melina is the Gloam-eyed queen versus being Ranni because you inherited the frenzied flame and she wants to provide destined death. I would recommend looking on YT for people who can explain it more than I can type it here

Also, the Souls games DO have an easy mode. Just be a wizard, and in Elden Ring they made INT katanas making it even more of an easy mode with how busted bleed is.

I would just like to say that on the dung eater's name thing, you're most likely right, its probably just an insulting name. However, it is technically possible the the dung eater does eat dung, we don't really have proof either way on that tbh. Is it likely just a name they gave him as in insult because hes hated? Most definitely. But it's still possible that he does eat dung.
In fact, the only person who we can be sure doesn't eat dung is my man boggart, he eats prawn and crab. Everybody else is never show what they eat or if they even eat at all.

I would make a brief note that I hate it when people make fun of accessibility OPTIONS. Quest markers in most games can be turned off and are there for people who get lost easily (as some people literally cannot form a mental map, thank you very much). Any game is made easier or harder based on build and have the freedom to tackle the game how they want. An easy mode does not take away from that. All an easy mode asks is to make the game more forgiving to BRAND NEW players and people who have hand-eye coordination issues. Bad faith arguments like the one presented in this video just spits in the face of people who are good at video games, when provided the necessary accommodations.
In fact, multi-player is Elden Ring's easy mode, as are the inclusion of spirit Ashes. Those being included actively acknowledge that some players struggle far more than others, and therein exist solely as an option for those who want or need it. I would not have been capable of beating Godwyn by myself as I do not have a tight enough reaction time or the right hand-eye coordination and this is something that I can't train in the same way others can.
Yes, I play a game like Skyrim primarily on Novice mode because that game didn't bother to actually balance out properly the levels of difficulty and as such its not fun to play on anything higher long-term. Elden Ring chose to give players an ALTERNATIVE to an easy mode. Being condescending and disingenuous about why certain arguments are made, acting like people are asking for Bosses to be over nerfed or the player handed being over-powered is beyond stupid. Also, accessibility and micro-transactions have nothing to do with one another, thanks.
Yes, I'm upset. Because I'm tired of being shamed for wanting to be given a way to actually learn how to play a game and actually get good at it. Fun fact: bashing your head against a wall doesn't facilitate much learning unless you're capable of surviving in a fight long enough to learning all the moves a boss uses or how they mix it up.
I listen to icebergs to have fun, not to be shamed for the fact I like easy modes or require a game to give me tools to take on tougher challenges other than "getting good". Fun fact: the game could take away armor mattering at all and have your defense purely based on your character stats. Game developers are capable of adding in accessibility without trivualizing the gameplay, and people are asking for accessibility, not trivulization.
People aren't lazy when they ask for an easy mode. They're stating that they're having trouble learning the game's mechanics and are being too harshly punished by the game for it. Also, no, I don't mind the lack of quest markers-because the game already has effective markers. It has certain sites of grace pointing in a particular direction, letting you know that's where progression is.
What I WOULD like, however, is a list of NPCs I've actively accepted to help so I don't forget since my memory was diagnosed as a learning disability. Which is why I am careful of keeping track of such things.
These are QUALITY OF LIFE changes being asked for, not "I want this game to be playable by 10 year olds."
You should be shamed. Fromsoft makes the games they want to make and if you don't want to play it thats a you problem. Why should they have to relocated resources and cut other content just to make an easy mode. Game also gives you a literal map unlike the past games where you actually had to have a mental map of where things are. Also the quests in Elden Ring are the easiest to follow out of any Fromsoft game. Get gud
Yes you are also in fact lazy. Too lazy to learn how to play the game. The game does in fact give you time to learn enemies move sets. It's call try and try again also looking up strategies or where things are online isn't cheating and is usually necessary
