How gentle this Guard was and still got the message across. Well done. xxx
Followed by "the look." Very effective!
Yes.. but not so much fun to watch
A Chinese
❤😊
😊❤
Very gentle way of saying dont touch
Good job! The tourist got the message!!!
What a polite guard, such a respectful young man. And, he has a medal that he no doubt earned. ❤💂♀️
That's the only way they get medals, by earning them. Not ALL government employees get something for nothing.
Beautiful horse
It's a Kings Coronation medal
@@AndrewJ-mm3zi Not necessarily, some are for just being in the army when a special occasion occurs, like a jubilee or coronation.
Love-it. The best "Get Off The Reins Yet" just calm and message carried out.👏
... that has to be the most gentle "no touchy" I've seen.
He's not s regular guard. He's wearing the Royal Horse Artillery uniform.
The guys who fire the "21 gun salutes" using WW1 horse drawn field guns.
I appreciate your knowledge very much. Thank you for sharing that 😊
It’s not an easy job. You all are great to watch! Your horses are so beautiful! Really beautiful!
Oooh,I like that!!
In his sword hand too!
I commend your restraint,sir...splendid,immediate result.
Much respect for the queen guard! This is a sad shame so many people act a fool!
Thats right
But not this man, he didn't know
Kings guard!!
The facial expressions are just to good afterwards when they give a command
What is the obsession with the reins? Are they trying to pretend like they've suddenly "got" a horse guard that they've fetched for a picture? As in ooh look what I found? It's weird.
Good observation...excellent question 😂
Lovely, gentle guard. No need to scream and startle the tourist and the horse.
Nice guard.
I know.Right!!!
I love the subtle way the guard did what he did well done sir much lv n godbless the 💂 n horse 🐴 n god save the king 👑 🇬🇧🥁🪈🥾🪖🎼🎵🎶📯🎷🎺🎶🫡🫡🏫xxx
God save the King and Queen
Taking the reins is like seeing a cool dog and taking the leash from the owner. It’s nuts and so entitled
That was so nice. Rather than bellowing. He realised the man was a foreigner and most probably had no idea about horses. He only wanted a photo.
British gallantry forever. 🏆
Love the look on the guards face. 'Tourists' 😤😤
It is a kinder way to say no to someone who may not read the English on the signs. Plus, the yell some Guards do could give the elderly a heart attack.
In what culture has it ever been permissable to grab the reins of a mounted military horse???
You'll make some excuse, so I'll answer it for you.
No culture.
Fairly sure if you did this anywhere you would get shouted at. They are highly trained military horses.
@@master-oppressorno one said it was permissible to touch reins
@@charlottecunningham2141 Pay attention.
She said someone may not be able to read the signs.
I'm saying that's irrelevant; don't touch the f ucking reins.
Get it??
Well don't touch then! It's easy.
He was very polite to the tourist🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
What is it that every tourist feels the they have the right to go up and interrupt a man doing his job by touching his horse or mocking his uniform or anything else that attempts to distract the man from his duties? It’s unconscionable. Gentlemen and ladies, thank you for your service.Y
Well said indeed
Sadly I think it’s time that a barrier was put between the “public” and the guards. The appalling over-familiarity of many tourists has become the norm.
@@gingervirus2988 barrier is not practical because horses can and do sometimes bolt. A barrier could possibly injure a bolting horse. Perhaps some type of line could be drawn on the pavement or have a guard or hire someone to instruct the visitors to stand behind the line
RESPECT 💂♀️ ✌️ 🙏 🫡 🤲 🙌 the uniform is spectacular 👌🏻 🙌 🐴
Lucky he didn't loose a hand . ❤ 😂 ❤ 😂 ❤
Good !!! Like the look on his face when he looked up and saw the sword 😂😂😂
Thank you sir. Great job ! Great Kingsguard. Thank you.!!
Well done King´s Royal Cavallery Guard 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
At least the man didn’t get kicked
I thought the guard was going to pass-out when he leaned back from his request.
The guard used the universal language. I guess they aren't allowed to whack their arm with the flat of the sword. :D
Should have used the sword 😂
🤭😂
He was correct. He didn't scream his head off👍
Que gentileza desse guarda ❤
Muito educado ❤
Great job Soldier.
(horse, remembering the way the British treated his ancestors during the charge of the light brigade) "relax, dude, it's no big deal!'
He needs to teach this to the other screaming guards!! Well done!
WELL EXERCISED STRAIGHT TO THE POINT CANT MISTAKE GET OFF. 😂😂😂😂
Someday a guard will show us why they carry sharpened sabers.
Foreigner or not, everybody knows not to touch the reigns, he knew, and also took note of guards sword in hand, an absolute rude tourist well done guard!
Cool this Guard !
Whoever posted this video got the title wrong, it is not DON'T TRY THAT WITH MY HORSE, the problem is that the audience should not take the horse by the reins, not touch the reins that is the real problem, and there is also a good reason for that.
Hermoso guardia y caballo 🐴 los amo
Maybe the signs should be in a few languages to cater for a wider range of tourists.
What is it with people and grabbing the reins of the horses?
There’s a sign there and people who can’t read English. I’m sure they prepared to read them with their phones.
You tell em lad 😅
I do not understand why people think putting their hands on the reins makes the picture better?
What I don‘t get: why on earth should one take the reigns at all, just to get a picture?
I need to put a sign up with in picture form don't touch the reins with a hand touching the reins in the next in red going through it
People are so disrespectful to these guards and their horses, that should be a given
Good soldier....
Many tourists may not be able to read the posted sign in English. They need a sign with the profile of a horse's head and reins with a / thru the middle, indicating not to touch. They could also make the current sign larger. And finally, they need to paint a red dash line on the road and indicate not to cross any closer than the line. All this will cut down on incidents.
Gostei da sua reação soldado ❤❤❤
I don't understand why tourists reach out to grab the horse's reins. Where does this action come from?? ......I've had horses for 35 years. It would never cross my mind to touch someone else's horse's reins unless they asked me to do so!!.
❤❤❤
Read the sign sir..
Don't touch 🛑
People/ tourists need to stop touching these horses, they have a lot to put up with already they don’t need extra stress .
Well here's an idea, why not stop using horses all together? So it's stressful for someone to touch the reins, but not for the horse to have some pompous tw@t sitting on its back all day, and being forced to perform against its will?
@@colin7096 perfect, problem solved but that’s not how the monarch works.
The officials and officers at the Household Cavalry need to indicate that on the signage if they don’t want the horses touched. Just like they added the do not touch the reins.
people need to respect you and the horse
Oh I like this guard he was nice nice way showing not touch Reins. Not everyone can read English and they are big animals can feel intimidated to be next so I really feel they just hold on to reins to feel safer next to. This what tourists come to see and I read comments stupid tourists etc but this is what gets revenue for the country. They want their photo next to soldier on a horse because where else do you see this
You're allowed to touch the horse but not the reigns...but there's a sign that's says horse may bite or kick and believe me it hurts I had a horse kick me but took his back leg sideways kick I swear I time traveled 😂😂😂
I guess they don't understand the word-reins.
What is with grabbing the horses reins? It seems they treat the horses like it’s an
amusement piece. We had a horse as a teen and I guess I see them differently than people who weren’t ever around such animals before. I saw a woman actually trying to get the bit out of the horse’s mouth as she thought it wasn’t supposed to be there.
Their a big sign.. they must be blind..😂
This guard didn't scream at the guy although he probably should have. Why is his uniform different than the usual horse 🐎 guards
The Lik mais 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
God these tourists need educating 😡
Many decades ago he would have used his sword 🗡️
people DONT TOUCH THE HORSE!...end of discussion! SHOW RESPECT..THEY ARE ON THE F$%* JOB! as a horse owner...NEVER TOUCH someone's horse without permission!
The 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Is the brain an ornament?
The soldiers should be authorized to use there swords
Signs are there for good reason! If can't read then use Google translate.
People just trying to get away with it They think it's fine to go against the rules cause they don't respect them unless something is done to them to punish them
Tourists can’t read the sign?
I don’t understand what is so important in touching the horse.
Question why are the kings troop horses always a smaller breed than the life guards mounts, any particular reason?
I believe it's because these horses are, in theory, supposed to be protection horses, guardians if you will. Hence, the larger size may be needed. Of course, in this day and age, it's just for show/tradition.
Kind, no fuss
Don't try that with my horse or he could turn around and bite you
This guard is 100% right, but what an arrogant look he/she displays, if looks could kill, that man would have fallen down dead
Don't people read the signs?
Why the hell would you touch the reins???? Obviously knows nothing about horses.
English is the most widespread World language but Mandarin is used by the most people and as the most tourists now come from China, maybe there should be also be a sign in Mandarin?
With respect they can’t put hundreds of signs up and I bet people don’t grab the military personnel in China without permission.
Wouldn’t help. The english speakers can’t even follow directions on their own sign.
No respect for the horse or the guard
They can read but just ignorant Tourist’s that think they can do what they want they shouldn’t be allowed near the horses if they want pic’s of Guards on Horses just sell the pic’s they don’t need to be in the Pic it’s upsetting these horses that are working and the Guards
