Many tourists may not be able to read the posted sign in English. They need a sign with the profile of a horse's head and reins with a / thru the middle, indicating not to touch. They could also make the current sign larger. And finally, they need to paint a red dash line on the road and indicate not to cross any closer than the line. All this will cut down on incidents.
