I had a vow to the Lord, saving my first kiss for my husband on our wedding day. I broke that vow at 19. I felt horrible, like I had lost something forever. That was around the time I had the revelation I had been looking at it from a place of pride, feeling like I was above my peers who had kissed. Feeling like I had tided myself over by my own strength over the years, instead of recognizing the Grace of My Father. Of course he'll use you! Sometimes we must be broken to be repaired! If you look all throughout the Bible every single servant made one mistake or another. But God turned those mistakes into something beautiful! Either it be ministry, change of heart, or so much more. Remember when the Bridegroom saw the maiden she was a couple mess. She made mistakes. She even refused to go with him on a journey. But God, he continued to pursue her no matter what the cause because in his eyes she was the must beautiful of women and melted his heart. And through hardship and time with the Bridegroom she became a fierce pure Bride. He looks at you the same way! Remember that's what Christ died on the Cross for. Don't take this the wrong way, but it's sad we live in a world where not having a kiss at 15 is abnormal. 15 is too young to do that anyways imo. But I have a very abnormal outlook as I'm 21 and never dated before. I feel very sad for the way we "date" now a days. I waited until I was engaged. My husband and I were each other’s first kisses at 31 and 35. He was also my first boyfriend at 35. He wasn’t my first date and I wasn’t his first girlfriend, but we were pretty much each other’s first everything and it’s amazing in ways I can’t describe and has given us a strong foundation. We were also good friends for over 18 years which also strengthened our foundation. We went through years of counseling each other through very difficult times to being married in a committed, loving marriage.

It actually does say it in the bible! “Now concerning the things whereof ye wrote unto me: It is good for a man not to touch a woman. Nevertheless, to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband.” 1 Corinthians 7:1-2 KJV Having read this scripture, I'm saving all of myself for my husband. Marriage between a man and wife is a type of Jesus and his Bride (us) so it should be taken very seriously and dealt with carefully. When you save all of yourself for your spouse, your marriage is pure and you have no baggage behind you and you give all of yourself to that person, just like the way we give all of ourselves to Christ.
I just want to say that, although it is not wrong to wait till mariage for the first kiss, in most countries (in europe) it is normal as a christian to kiss a boyfriend or girlfriend. So chose this path because you want it, not because you feel like you have to to stay pure. Because I can promise you, my parents (over 25 years married, are still in love) and many others have a holy relationship. As long as you put God first, that is the most important things.

I definitely recommend reading Songs of Songs by Brian Simmons! One of the best books out there about Songs of Songs. It made me fall in love with Christ even more!
I know everyone is like "Omg, you've never kissed anyone yet and you're almost 20?" like it's something that all teens have to try at some point.
But I believe there is a beauty in waiting for the day of your wedding and in saving your first kiss for the person you'll be spending the rest of your life with.
Wouldn't it be nice to kiss your husband knowing that you've never kissed anyone but him? ❤

Don't take this the wrong way, but it's sad we live in a world where not having a kiss at 15 is abnormal. 15 is too young to do that anyways imo. But I have a very abnormal outlook as I'm 21 and never dated before. I feel very sad for the way we "date" now a days. At any rate, since more than a few have kissed and far beyond that at 15, you keep it up girl! Don't let t.v shows, magazines, school, or anything else tell you what to do with your life.

My fiancé and I were 35 and 36 when we had our first dating experience, hand-holding, and relationship. We had our first kiss the night we got engaged and are getting married in less than 8 weeks! We both feel so blessed and thankful to God for each other, and that we waited for each other our whole lives...and we're old! lol We both had our fair share of temptations, struggles, negative comments/teasing from people throughout our lives, but we just knew that we wanted to wait for our future spouse to have all these experiences. There is such a beauty, strength, joy, and safety in this type of relationship. But watch out, once we're married...it's ON!!! Brown chicken, brown cow! LOL

As a girl, I think your lady Alyna (or whoever it is you like) will agree that it shows more love when a guy who claims they love her is willing to wait till you're both ready.
It's innately very attractive to any godly lady that a gentleman won't try to get her to begin something prematurely, but will rather take into prayer the possibility of us having a future together, while trusting God enough that at the right time, if it really is His will, He'll find a way to hook us up (even if we each moved to live continents apart)

I waited until I was engaged. My husband and I were each other’s first kisses at 31 and 35. He was also my first boyfriend at 35. He wasn’t my first date and I wasn’t his first girlfriend, but we were pretty much each other’s first everything and it’s amazing in ways I can’t describe and has given us a strong foundation. We were also good friends for over 18 years which also strengthened our foundation. We went through years of counseling each other through very difficult times to being married in a committed, loving marriage.

1 Corinthians 7:1-2 KJV
Having read this scripture, I'm saving all of myself for my husband. Marriage between a man and wife is a type of Jesus and his Bride (us) so it should be taken very seriously and dealt with carefully. When you save all of yourself for your spouse, your marriage is pure and you have no baggage behind you and you give all of yourself to that person, just like the way we give all of ourselves to Christ.
I just want to say that, although it is not wrong to wait till mariage for the first kiss, in most countries (in europe) it is normal as a christian to kiss a boyfriend or girlfriend. So chose this path because you want it, not because you feel like you have to to stay pure. Because I can promise you, my parents (over 25 years married, are still in love) and many others have a holy relationship. As long as you put God first, that is the most important things.
