I know what she means it feels so awful to lose yourself within a relationship and being a mother.
People in the comment section are gross. People always think they have the answers to everything. They must live perfect, wonderful lives, because they seem to be able to critique those on reality tv when they see a 5-10 min clip of their life.
She can be a mom and work. Being a stay at home mom can be a lot of work on its own and there is nothing wrong wanting to have a career. My mom had me when she was very young. She worked multiple jobs and went to school. Married my dad when I was 4 and has worked her way up in a career. They both worked really hard to give us the best life they could. I have two other siblings, one who is still young. My youngest sibling is 11, while us two siblings are adults. My dad passed away a few years ago unexpectedly. If my mom didn’t have her career, I can’t imagine the extra stress it would cause her knowing she didn’t have the savings or income after my dad passed. She still has a child to support. Being a stay at home parent can be good but having a career and independence can be good too. You don’t know what’s best for her or her family.

Everyone calling her selfish is sad she is a mom and as moms we are allowed to do stuff for ourselves as well she is t selfish for doing her mommy makeover doesn’t make her a bad mom at all. Yes he should of been more aware of the recovery and told him and maybe planned it but to bash her for doing something for her self to make her feel better isn’t selfish at all for any mom out there
It's ok to be selfish as long as you're still a team player. This was only what Loren wanted and it has consequences that effect her child rearing mobility, putting way more responsibility on Alexei. No one said to not get a mommy makeover. But at least get it when it's more convenient- like when the kids are around 10. Being a parent means putting your family first. You're allowed to do what you want but it shows where your priorities lie and what's more important to your values.
She even talks differently. Becoming so fake and selfish.

Loren is, in my opinion, one of the most beautiful women on Earth. I too have suffered with body dismorphia and it saddens me that this stunning lady feels she is less than perfect. They’re a great couple. I wish them well. Xx
