I'd never not pick my kids up for weeks because of cosmetic surgery. That's weird she cared so much about looking perfect she would sacrifice bonding time. It doesn't even look like she needed it. She looks exactly the same and it wasn't worth the risk. Sorry I like her but not the choice she made.
They are a sweet couple and their children are beautiful, but it was incredibly selfish. This is the mindset of a woman who spends a large amount of time online comparing herself to others.

Not being a hater, but who cares about this couple. Im glad they made it and are together and happy, but they are boring. The biggest issue is plastic surgery? Come on. We want real issues. She looks fine. What's next? They can't decide where to get their oil change? 🙄

Wow u think THIS is lunacy?! Compared to what TLC puts out there with Ed and Angela these 2 are kittens..Ed and Angela are so toxic not only to their partners but to watch as well..what they do is abuse! Lauren wanted to feel better about herself so she could be better for her kids and husband..if that’s what someone wants to do then it’s their choice and if her husband supports her, which I know he had questions but she came out ok and she’s happier..it’s nobody’s business what she does with her body..kinda like what’s going on in our country with women having the right to choose what they want to do with their own bodies! These 2 have one of the best, healthiest marriages on the show and in my life..leave them alone and get on with your life!..they’re fine!
How much did her surgery cost and I wonder if the show paid for it for an interesting storyline nonetheless she has three children and a husband, kind of selfish to me and what I have to say about body dysmorphia, that’s BS because every woman wants to lose weight and have a good body, but if you go under the night for unless you’re Hollywood celebrity, but even that nauseating.. it could have been dealt with through exercise and diet

Bored out of my mind watching these two and ruining the new season with her plastic surgery. I mute and change the channel. Some women are so privileged with no real problems in their life, they have to create drama to find a reason to justify spending astronomical amount of money that could be used to help starvng children and animals.

i use to like them but now they are getting kind of boring. plus i think it is crazy how she can spend all this money on surgery but yet complains about not having enough money to take care of more important priorities.

If you noticed Lauren has always been into the modeling thing trying to push your kids to model because she was a model and she's all about the looks. She should feel proud of her body after being able to carry three kids but instead she wants to erase it and be something else
Did she even try to do it the natural way.... like going to the gym or go on walks.. she wasn't even overweight or needed surgery at all.. not a good role model, in my opinion

Loren seems like a nasty selfish person. I remember how she behaved during the first season, when she would get angry at her husband for missing his family, would not even share her closet with him, and forced her retired parents to financially support them so that she could quit her job and do nothing. Why do people like her? she is horrible.

I'm happy for her because she must have been really insecure abut her appearaance. In truth, this was not only dangerous, but could have cost her future health. I understand the after C-section surgery. Sometimes that is medically necessary, all the other stuff not so much. She admits that she has body image problems so getting therapy for this initial problem should help her feel better about herself This sweet couple has always been my favorite twosome in the 90 Day Family.
How many mothers out there even heard of a Mommy Make-over? We're to busy raising our little ones and keeping up being a wife, mother, and many work at jobs. To me Loren is over the top with this "me-me" attitude.

I lost all respect for Lauren since I saw her on ninety day fiance having a surgery and leaving her husband and children to do it. How selfish, she could have lost her life and then her children wouldn't have had a mother. And then she couldn't even hold her kids for months,all for vanity. I won't even watch her anymore. I skip over when they show her on the show.
She’s very annoying. I find her to be very selfish and narcissistic and dramatic. I don’t like watching this couple. I don’t like her.
