    I’ve been dealing with an eating disorder the last five years of my life. This last year I got help and have made great strides in recovery. My doctor has approved me to start working out again but fear has kept me back. This morning stretch flow was just what I needed to listen to my body and move my body. Thank you

    • @martabot

      Don't be afraid.. once you feel your body vibrating and understand it you flow with it and you'll never do anything to harm it again... just remember pain is the worst reward you could have, take your time to reward yourself in other ways and you'll know how silly and unnecesary pain is... also eat food with omega 3 to recover from depression and brain nutrition :)

      Why is yoga bad for Christians?

    • @platinumbranch2056
      @platinumbranch2056 4 года назад +1

      @@Karolina-hf3uf It's based on Hindu religion and each pose is in worship to another "g"od, which is strictly forbidden in true Christianity. Some are ignorant to that fact, and some know and don't care, but yes, there is a remnant who want to walk in obedience so they do indeed care. There are plenty of videos on RUclips that explain more in detail if you search for dangers of yoga, etc. I hope this helps. May God bless you continually!

    From my time watching Sarah I believe she can do it all because she has a set routine. Her kids are on a schedule and she sticks to it. She states she only works when her kids are asleep so that helps. I see her keeping a simple house without clutter. She cleans as she goes and does not let things build up. She cooks simple food. She does not try to keep up with others and lives according to her Christian values. Routine, routine routine. That is the secret of a calm house. Let the kids know what the day holds and what is expected from them. Example: We are going to the grocery store, I expect you to listen and use your inside voice. If you do a good job you can pick out something special. I learned that letting you kids know what is expected is the best thing to stop tantrums.

      She mentioned between 8 30 and 9 ish. And just reading previous reply, Reading actually helps to set the mood for falling asleep, but not on a phone screen, except if you have eye comfort settings on your phone, you can read a normal book in either candle light x3 which is really beneficial for strengthening the eyes, and or a night light with a calming feel to it. Which I unfortunately don't have at the moment.

    Your videos inspire me to live a more stress free life through stretching, decluttering, and focusing on the lord! I would love more videos on how you have applied your faith into your self-care.
    For example taking what the bible says about who we are (chosen, loved, adopted, etc.) and making decisions in our lives knowing that's true. Such as how you take care of yourself mentally & spiritually or daily/weekly/monthly habits (tangible ways) to remind yourself your worth is stable in God.
    As a Christian I struggle with living out the truth that my identity/value is in God. I know it, but I struggle with moving that head knowledge to my heart/soul and standing firm in that belief confidently when life takes my emotions on a rollercoaster. Hope that makes sense!

    Sarah ily! Your videos are so great that not only moms follow you but also some boys. I just relate with what i can use and what not like menstrual cups and all. But yeah you are god damn amazing. 💙

    Ahh I just love your videos. I want to stretch far more than I do now, it's just amazing. It's a bit hard to get started but once you are there, stretching, it's just like "Ahh I needed this, it is amazing"

    I didn't start stretching daily until you featured it in a morning routine video! I also have horrible posture and i've seen such a big change, its also become one of my favorite parts of the morning! I'm hoping to make it into the splits in the next year, as for now i'm happy I can touch my toes : )

    I'm 53, and stretched for the first time in years, this morning. I loved that this is a simple, gentle routine. 10 mins is perfect. I will get some flexibility back.

    I used to stretch so much everyday. Now I've stopped, but I want to get into it again. Thanks for the video. It's great timing.

    Very helpful!!! I’ve been waiting for this video ever since your last one.🤗 Thank you Sarah! I’m always down for more of these in the future!! Even if I don’t have time to exercise due to a season of life I’m in, I still appreciate a doable stretch like this so I can feel as though I’m doing something intentionally active for my body

    Hi dear Sarah, it would be such a blessing to me if you could show more routines, tips and info about stretching! I haven't been to the gym due to some huge life changes and haven't been able to work out & stretch at home because I was sort of depressed/down for a long time. But I've taken up my 'normal' life and studies again and because I am sooo tense in my back and neck especially, aaand because you showed us two stretching routines I am stretching at home again. Thank you so much for the inspiration and your reminder that in the end it's all about discipline ;) God bless
