Frazier and his sister are not experts on measuring the length of a package from their collective memories some 40 or 50 years later. Can you honestly describe a package that you may have seen 40 years later with great detail? Why would anyone in their right mind bring a package shaped like a rife to work knowing the President will be passing in front of the building today? Only the assassin would.

What i find interesting is the rifle found on the 6th floor had the strap attached. If oswald had broken the gun down to carry under his arm disguised as curtain rods why would the strap still be connected. If anything the sniper would remove this as it gets in the way...but if planted a rifle you might not think about the strap...

The sister says that she saw LHO carrying a heavy brown package that was about 2 and 1/2 feet long. 2 1/2 feet equals 30 inches and the rifle stock was 34 7/8 inches long soooo it looks like her glancing at the package was off about 6 inches. Really easy to misjudge a length of an object from a short distance away. Buell Frazier was told that the package was “curtain rods” which of course were never found and the rods were not missing from Ruth Paine’s garage. The empty package was found near the sixth floor window but the “curtain rods” mysteriously vanished as if they never existed! Here’s your sign!!!

@@martyhorten3743 good catch! Like you say, Mr. Frazier’s sister said that the package was approximately two and a half feet long. Approximately could mean, I guess plus or minus that length. Wonder if they tested her ability to estimate several packages of various length and record the results? Sorry folks that package contained the rifle that later fired 3 shots at the motorcade. The same three shots that workers on the 5th floor (right below Lee Harvey Oswald) testified they heard. They were close enough that they weren’t confused by the shots echoing off nearby buildings and structures that other ear-witnesses honestly thought they heard. Police investigators never did find Oswald’s “curtain rods” in the book depository…but they did find Oswald’s rifle with his palm print on the stock. Conspiracies are certainly fun to play around with, but let’s stick with the facts. Again, good catch. Thanks.

So in essence he's firing and cycling the action and as he's loading round #4 he sees Kennedy has been head shot so he's done with his part so he pitches the rifle. As far as the Mafia being involved. Carlos Marcello was boss of Dallas and they say that you had to get permission from him to have a strip club/bar etc. and Ruby had two. Also Ruby and Oswald were seen in one of the clubs together, so they knew each other. Look up Bay of Pigs invasion. CIA involved with the Mob in that one. Kennedy failed to provide air support and pissed everybody off. FBI (Hoover) hated him, CIA and the Mob hated him. Draw your own conclusions.

I read both of his books and everything he says has been verified 100%. The teeth marks on bullet, the mercury bullet, the names of those involved like Rosselli, Nicoletti. He was Mob/CIA at the height when both criminals corporations were colloboratingg together on big level assassinations. Oswald was to be killed by Tippitt or brought to the Mob to be double crossed. He knew too much and if he wasn't to be double crossed and wasn't a patsy then why did Jack Ruby on the orders of the mob heads fire those fatal slugs into oswald in a police department basement of all places.

The fact is, and I hate to say it, Oswald messed up when he left the Depository to go get his Jacket and revolver. Why would he do something like that if he wasn't involved in some way? Makes no sense at all because he was already seen by Truly and Baker, so he had eye witnesses that put him in the building. All he had to do is remain in the building in the presence of other employees. That way he could NEVER HAVE BEEN ACCUSED OF KILLING OFFICER TIPPIT. And he would never have been arrested in the Texas Movie Theater. Don't you all see? History would have been ALTERED if he just stayed where he was. Why did he leave the building? That is the question! When asked, Oswald said he didn't think there would be any more work that day. WHAT??? That's a crock of shit. And anyway as an employee, you don't make a decision like that to just get up and leave. You wait like every other employee until your shift is over, or your boss, in this case Truly, TELLS YOU that you have permission to leave. And think about this, the president of the United States was just killed and shots came from the building YOU work in and what does Oswald do? Stick around like everyone else? No! This guy decides to leave and what does he do? He goes to his rooming house and gets a loaded revolver. Now whether Oswald shot at the president or killed Officer Tippit is not the question. The question is why did he do what he did after the assassination?? What he did was not normal. It convinces me Oswald was involved in the assassination in some way. Either he was part of it, or knew about it. But he knew something to make him do what he did. He is no innocent. I'm not saying he shot anyone, I'm just saying Oswald did not act in a rational manner, the way a totally innocent oblivious person would have acted. Either he was physically involved, which I doubt, or he knew what was going to happen and the people involved in it. Or else he just would have continued drinking his coke and mingled with other employees. Do you realize if he did do that, history would have been changed, and he could never have been accused of shooting Officer Tippit. 🔫

    • @WINGGULLSEAGULL
      @WINGGULLSEAGULL Год назад

Good point, I don't think he was a shooter no witnesses saw him in that window & no employees saw him running down the stairs. That's an assumption & it's never been proven he was on the 6th floor.
Just speculating if he was a shooter he had no way of knowing he was going to run into a policeman 90 seconds after the shooting on the 2nd floor lunchroom. Why would he be in such a hurry ?? Hindsight is 20/20.
What if he stayed & didn't leave maybe history would be different & he might've not been arrested.
Buell Frazier was arrested & a suspect on that friday. He said it was the longest day of his life. He was questioned by Captain Fritz & he tried to get Frazier to sign a confession he was part of a conspiracy to kill JFK. Frazier refused & then they hung it on Oswald.

Did any of the geniuses that investigated this wink wink, ask the land lady for Oswald if he needed curtain rods in his room or had mentioned it? 90% chance she would know. Oswald seemed to be going through a pattern, of things that made him look like he had sympathy for Cuba? But yet didn't? The radio interview in New Orleans for example. He said when he was in Russia he was always under the protection of the US embassy, and then quickly corrected himself. Also when he was passing out those leaflets fair play for Cuba, He was the only member? But in a press conference after his arrest, Jack Ruby corrected the DA when he called it play fair with Cuba. How did Jack Ruby know that? Nobody else in the western hemisphere did. ha ha ha. Back to the land lady, she said a police car pulled up out front right after Oswald arrived and tooted his horn. toot toot. But Oswald ignored it. the police car had the #10 on the side. That was JD Tippit's car #. Why did JD Tippit come by Oswald's house? Why did Oswald go to a theater, and move to three different seats? Set there for a moment and then move and set by someone else? Was he trying to make contact with someone. I'll tell you why. Because Oswald was in the CIA.

Warren Reynolds changed his i.d. answer after he had been threatened and nearly murdered[at first, Reynolds wouldn't i.d. Oswald, after surviving being shot in the head, he i.d.'ed Oswald]. One of Osealds Handlers was George De Morenschildt, who a young Jackie Bouvier once called uncle George. Tippitt was set up to kill Oswald or bring him To be killed, its debatable who actually killed Tippitt. Mac Wallace was one of the sixth floor gunmen whose fingerprints where found, he was an LBJ hitman. James Files fired the Mercury ripped bullet the same time as rosselli in the dal tex building, both bullets striking kennedy at the same time. Files is adamant his bullet was the fatal one. There are videos of Walter Cronkite announcing for two or three days that it was a mauser, then changed it and said it was an Italian gun

    • @rhunter762i
      @rhunter762i 3 года назад +3

I have a copy of the B&W film of Deputy Craig on DVD. He says he never got to touch it, but he was close enough to read what it said on the barrel; according to him, it said "7.65 Mauser". What's interesting, is that after that statement, Craig lost his job, shortly thereafter; followed by his house, and then his wife divorced him. He was subsequently found, sometime later, with what appeared to be an alcohol-induced suicide.... Yet through ALL of that, Craig REFUSED to recant his statement. Fascinating.
While the motorcade route was published in the Dallas Morning News, 3 days earlier, it was SUPPOSED to go PAST Dealey Plaza, travelling down Main St. It wasn't until THE DAY BEFORE, that the route was changed to enter Dealey Plaza; it was changed by someone in the SecServ, and was NOT released publicly. So...how could Oswald have POSSIBLY known that? If OSWALD was waiting to shoot JFK, when the motorcade turned OFF Main, onto Houston (the base of the Dealey Plaza triangle), where Houston an Elm intersect, GUESS what building in ON THE CORNER; why, the TSBD of course! If Oswald was on the 6th floor, waiting to shoot JFK, once the limo commits to the turn, Oswald is as close, as he will EVER BE (at 20' ceilings, with 5 floors below him, he is no more than 120'--40 yards, shooting into an OPEN CAR! But rather than do that, he lets the limo COMPLETE the turn, pulling AWAY from him (as it increases distance and speed) and THEN starts shooting??🤔. Hardly. As there are SOME things ONLY gov't can do, regarding the last-minute motorcade change, SOMEBODY in the SecServ BROUGHT the mouse TO the cats!😳😲🤔🤢😟. And Oswald was NOT one of them. He didn't have the training, the experience, or the rifle/ammo, to make those shots. And of the expert shooters who did, in the 70s, both FBI and Marine Corps "ballistic surgeons", NONE of them could replicate that feat, as SINGLE shooters. And UNLIKE Oswald, they WERE trained, experienced, and "confirmed meat eaters", with MATCH-GRADE rifles/ammo; and THEY couldn't do it....There were TOO MANY shots, and they were TOO CLOSE TOGETHER, to be one shooter; and there's no getting around that, I'm sorry.😲🤔🤢😟. Three trained shooters, two shots each, at a MOVING target, with MATCH-GRADE weapons and ammo(?) IS doable; but not ONE man, with a surplus rifle/ammo, and less than average ability. You simply can't close the loop.
And this is explained in detail, in Craig Roberts' "Killzone: A Sniper Looks at Dealey Plaza". If you want to study what the critics of the Warren Commission have said, might I offer the titles of Jim Garrison's "On the Trail of the Assassins", Dr. Charles Crenshaw's "Conspiracy of Silence", and Jim Marrs' "Crossfire: The Plot that Killed Kennedy". Anyone can buy into the official narrative; it's MADE for the masses to swallow. But thinking people have questions, and those questions can't be ignored and dismissed, by phrases like "conspiracy theory", and ad hominem attacks on the messenger. One has to be intellectually honest, and willing to follow uncomfortable facts to whatever conclusions you arrive at. In short, nothing is what we've been told; regarding this subject, and others, as well. Sad.

The Mod. 91/38 Carcano rifle that Oswald bough and allegedly used had a 21 inch barrel. Add the receiver mechanism onto that-assuming 7-8 inches for that section-and you have 28-29 inches or 2 1/2 feet that one of the witnesses mentioned. The stock was about the same length so disassembled they could easily fit into the package the witnesses noted. Outside of that, the rifle that Oswald bought was the firearm found at the TSBD on the 6th floor and ballistic tests showed the rifling matched that on the bullet that was found. All in all, pretty concrete evidence-but people who want to believe in some sort of conspiracy are going to continue believing in that regardless, it's like an article of Faith to them.

@@achterlijkeidioten I stand corrected about the size of the rifle when broken down. Indeed, the length is 34.8 inches.
You're parsing words when it comes to the fibers. The fibers were consistent with the fibers from the blanket at the Paine house. It was possible but improbable they came from a different blanket.
The size of the bag was sufficient to have carried the Mannlicher and it had LHO's finger and palm print on them.
In addition, two people saw him carrying a bag to work and LHO said they contained curtain rods.
However, when questioned by police, Oswald said he didn't carry a bag to work that day and a search of the TSBD did not uncover any curtain rods.
Furthermore, the Mannlicher that was owned by Oswald was found on the 6th floor of the TSBD and it was conclusively and irrefutably shown to be THE rifle that killed JFK to the exclusion of all other rifles in the world.
You can cherry-pick tiny bits and pieces of evidence and present them in a manner that suggests Oswald didn't shoot the president.
But when all of the scientific, measurable evidence; ballistic, medical, forensic and physical are examined along with the actions, movements and statements made by LHO, he is guilty of being the assassin of JFK.

Who was THE shooter up there?...maybe Mac Wallace, maybe someone else. There was ANOTHER rifle up there too...a Mauser. So, there may have been TWO shooters up there & one at the picket fence (obviously) & one or more in the Dal-Tex building. Look at MISSING evidence! The LIMO for example! The head shot bullet, etc.

the drab bulk of the TSBD "looms" up etc etc. Actually, the TSBD is a very elegant building, love the different angles of the bricks around the windows of the 6th floor. Frankly, I love that building much more than the boring, soulless concrete monsters around it. One good thing that came out of the tragic assassination and coup d'Etat that took place is that the TSBD is still there, where otherwise, it would have been the same dull and boring concrete buildings by now, should that assassination not have taken place, or somewhere else.

Curtain rods were never found in the TSBD and his boarding house room already had curtain rods. Don’t you all think that LHO was sneaking his rifle into the building and using the curtain rod story as a red herring! There were 9 shots.
Kennedy was hit 4 times. All bullets did not exit. Connelly was hit twice and one bullet never extracted from his leg. Connally buried with his leg bullet.

      Orlando Sentinel, July 17, 1993
      Washington Post, July 18, 1993
      TOTALS
4 rounds hit JFK, 2 in the head, 2 in body
2 rounds hits Connelly in wrist and leg
2 rounds miss hit road, curb.
      1 .45 round hits grass
1st Bullet fired from DAL TEX building ricochets off road to hit chrome windshield frame leaving big dent. Picture available. 1st Bullet fragments enters Connally wrist and the leather seat.
2nd Bullet Hits Connally in back ends up in his leg. Possibly from Malcolm Wallace TBD 6Th floor or DAL TEX BUILDING. Malcolm Wallace fingerprints were found on a TBD box and stored for years. This was Oswald’s alleged position. Oswald seen having lunch on a 4th fl, lower floor at 12:25 and 12:32
      3. Rear entry JFK back from 6th floor TBD. Short shot” Bullet does not exit. Bullet lodged atop his lung. By medical technician at Bethesda. Where bullet is-unknown. Rifle is Carcano possibly.
4 & 5 The 2 bullets that hit Connelly were separate from any JFK bullets. It had to come from a high rear building from 20 degrees or more.
Perhaps rooftop shot from DAL TEX building. Bullets never extracted from Connally. Source: Orlando Sentinel, July 17, 1993
      6. Rear entry 5.56mm lower skull or high neck. This bullet came from rear following car by Agent Hickey when he lost his balance while retrieving a locked and loaded AR15 from the limo floor. He accidentally hit Kennedy at a 8 degree from horizontal angle while his thumb unlocked the rifle
Agent Hickey unlocked the rifle with his thumb as he picked it up. His thumb rests on the locking arm.
As the car lurched forward, he pressed the trigger and hit JFK. A lurch forward will drive his finger backward to fire unintentionally. The book “Mortal Error” explains this accident. As he swiveled his body to the rear, this puts force on the trigger finger during this motion. Also he is under stress. He is losing his balance. Also, he was standing on the sloping rear seat. He lost his balance as he turned around to point at the shooter. Try standing on a rear seat while a car accelerates.
The Agents around Hickey went into cover up mode at the Parkland hospital storm drain. This guilt by Agents cause them to cancel the autopsy and quickly get the body out of Texas.
The 6th floor shots were from a higher angle, likely 20 degrees--go look it up.

      8. Missed .45 Caliber bullet, "grass tunnel shot" near manhole on South side of Elm St. From North Side of Elm St.
      9. Entry high right front hairline 25 feet from the STORM DRAIN. Shooter is Johnny Roselli according to mobster interview-see below.
Shooter escaped through huge storm drain to point west of overpass. Probably using a scoped pistol such as Remington x-100 .221 varmiter round. The .223 round not available quite yet for this pistol in 1963. Bullet is explosive since round is high speed 3200 fps from this scoped 11' barrel pistol.

      .
The photo has not been altered or airbrushed. I will explain why. Firstly, his wife took the shot.
The problem is the nose shadow, it falls straight down on his face to his upper lip. But the leg shadows show the sun to be creating angled shadows. So why don't the leg shadows and the nose shadows match?
This is because the nose shadow falls on a face/head which is TILTED. This realigns the shadow to make it look like it is going straight down TO THE GROUND.. But it isn't.
The head has been tilted so now the shadow has a new position which is straight down ON HIS FACE, BUT NOT STRAIGHT DOWN COMPARED TO THE LEG SHADOWS. It is like moving the dial of a wristwatch instead of the hands of the wristwatch to reset the time.
The nose shadow goes straight down ON HIS FACE. But HIS FACE IS TILTED about 10 degrees. Therefore, his FACE RE-FIGURES THE LOGIC OF THE SHADOW. Explained another way, The nose shadow is not 90 degree perpendicular to the ground, it is aligned with his NOSE, and his NOSE and face are TILTED ABOUT 10 DEGREES. The reason this confuses viewers is because they think of his face/head as being straight up perpendicular with THE GROUND. IT ISN'T. THE HEAD IS TILTED.
IF THE HEAD WERE PERFECTLY PERPENDICULAR WITH THE GROUND, the nose shadow would be angled about 10 degrees across his upper lip, similar to the shadows on the ground in back of his legs. BUT HIS HEAD IS TILTED. This makes the nose shadow go straight down his face, a face which is tilted! Get it?
