It's hard to get signings. Fair warning. I've been one for a year. Very saturated market with notaries and signings get taken immediately upon being sent out. At least in arizona.
Also the only requests I see are between 9-5. I signed up because I thought a weekend/night notaries would be valuable. Nope. I've only seen one after 5. I was bummed. Just be mindful I guess
It's not as lucrative as it was. The people making the money are the ones selling courses or the Signing Agencies. You can try to go direct but it's hard.

How much does it cost to become a notary?
It was a couple hundred for me to get the commission, bond, insurance, supplies etc

When I told a mine about this idea, she told me that most banks, realtors, etc. have their own notaries. So proceed with caution.
