Yes, it's not perfect. It's not like using the original sites. I see it as a way to try the different models and make them interact in the same chat. Anyway I know they are constantly working on it.

I had no big issues with my tets on uploading docs. Have you tried to contact their support? Bugs happen in every tool, I wouldn't be so harsh.
