I personally found bode and rayvis hardwr 🤔 i just found dagan annoying because he would constantly spam force abilities, especially on the 3rd encounter 3rd phase🥲

Its not about the difficulty, its all about having fun 🫡 but if you strive to get better, keep at it bro, u got this 👌 first tip i can give is learn the boss’s moveset, for example, after 2 attacks i know he will give 1 quick attack followed by an unblockable. Once u understand the boss, u can slowly begin to dodge and parry all his attacks 🫡u got this
@@AlawiDenGhosty I’m not having any fun with this boss at all. I’ve been at it for 2 hours and I’m on the verge of breaking my controller and uninstalling the game Edit: lmfao literally right after making this comment I finally beat him and only used one stim

@@AlawiDenGhosty you made it look easy. It took me a solid 30 or so tries to get this right on GM. Rayvis too, but super satisfying to parry almost everything they throw at you.

The best way on what I did to defeat him on Grandmaster is that I used the Dual wield stance, got perks that help with Blocking Stamina, NO dodging that one charge attack that has a follow up red attack afterwards (Just dodge both), upgrading your Force Meter as best you can at this point, and MOST Importantly! Use that Counter Attack that Comes with the Dual wielding stance. That is your legit "Get Out of Jail Free Card" in this fight. Hope this helps, and good luck guys 👍
The reason why i feel Jedi Survivor is easier than Fallen Order, even on Grandmaster, is the how much health your enemy bosses have. Your run, no dmg grandmaster on Dagan is 2mins long, but for Talon Malicos, it was 4mins, even after no dmg grandmaster. I got bored after playing single saber stance and decided to just handicap myself and play crossguard all the way. Its just way more challenging and rewarding.
Yeah i actually feel like my lightsaber deals damage now 😂 I remember doing all bosses on grandmaster on jedi fallen order, only 9th sister had low health, everyone was a tank… which makes no sense for malicos seeing that hes shirtless…
What? I don’t know what you’re smoking, Survivor on GM is dark souls level of hard, the only main storyline boss in fallen order that gave me problems was Trilla
How do you destroy his block meter so fast I’m currently stuck on this on GM. I use that perry with the double blades but his attack. What perks are you using
Honestly for this fight, the only perk i used is resilience. I just kept on attacking and stopping him from getting his block meter up. But other perks that can help with that would be precision and shatter perks, theyre great at breaking blocks :)
I thought I was hot shit and started on grand master... Safe to say I got humbled by Dagan for a while. I used the crossguards too so I guess that might not have been the best idea
Arthur… sir… you are hot shit 🫡 but i agree, cross guard is not good in lightsaber duels, id recommend duel wield because it can match their speed. Only boss I recommend crossguard against is rayvis, he has longer open windows. But that does not mean it is not possible to use crossguard, just means only time u can really attack freely is when you break their guard. But bro, u got this 🫡 keep it up
@@AlawiDenGhosty I think that the game reducing how often you can parry harms the combat. That’s what made the combat in the first game so good. A group of enemies could be around you spamming like shit but you could parry attack after attack and really feel like a true duelist. The game rewarded you for timing and didn’t punish you too harshly for bad timing or for trying to block enemy attacks. This game is far more punishing and not in a fun way. I play grandmaster and fight more intensified opponents and some fights even with lesser enemies shows how unpolished this games combat can be. It’s still fun, especially if you wear a Jedi robe.
Bro this fight made me tilt...I beat him on grandmaster and during the 3rd encounter with Dagan (I was mentally broken by that point) I did get back on path with my parry abilities back when I played jedi fallen order...but seriously on gm difficulty... F*CK THIS BOSS THERE'S NOTHING FUN ABOUT IT 😂
Especially his final phase in the 3rd encounter, just lots of trial n errors until i found whats best. My biggest problem was the start of it, where he spawns 2 clones of himself. I managed to find out u can force pull down and it insta kills them, made the fight so much easier. Wait until u reach the final boss, wont say hes harder but definitely more annoying. Good job in beating him though🫡hes tough

I played most of the game up to this point on Jedi knight and it was getting too easy. I had to up the difficulty to Jedi master in order to enjoy this fight. Grandmaster is still too much for me though
@@AlawiDenGhosty Played this fight there are brief pauses between his strike but when he rotates his saber around I said f*ck it and used the dual wield parry then went back to the single blade for the strikes in between. I'm on my first playthrough though.
I am so mad they took the meditation training away in this game. In fallen order i would use it CONSTANTLY to learn bosses movesets but now i just have to do it over and over and waddle my way through
I think the previous game’s bosses were more intimidating. The voice of this dude is bad, even if his fighting style is pretty neat for a guy with one arm that doesn’t use force powers outside of his lightsaber throw.
I agree, the bosses do feel less intimidating, but i feel like it’s because Cal also has lost his fear 🤔 in the first game he was terrified of getting caught but now he is a force to be reckoned with. I do find Dagan very cool and agree his voice acting isnt great, but i feel like he is more of an antagonist than an actual villian yk 🤔
The bosses in this game are less intimidating because the story is based on Jedi survivors turning to the dark side not Sith Lords coming after the Jedi like in the first game that's why they were more intimidating
