Raccoons are dangerous in a house cuz they tend to rip up wires in the attic then a fire starts and they die in fires to. Raccoon to comfy with people can become a real safety issue and even deadly to people if the poor thing contracts rabies at anytime. Raccoon can transmit rabies up to 18 mos before first symptom.

Not only are they loud as f*** at night, but I will catch them staring at me from the shadows, or behind a bush like a peeping tom. They don't seem afraid of humans like many wild animals, and they are just too darn smart. I swear, they are plotting to pick my deadbolts.
