Shamrock and Shanks could be Hati and Sköll in Norse mythology. Hati chases the moon and Sköll chases the sun. Oda's repeating theme of light and dark. Garling could have powers related to Fenrir. We will see Ragnarok in the final battle.
I'm going to guess that the Former King wanted to Join the world Government and he was actually not a "good king" Loki Found out and fought back, maybe even with a small army but because of his pride and love for his kingdom he doesn't want to taint the Image of the King. So Took the Fall, willing to be the villain. (Well still secretly still planning stuff)
Nah this “he secretly is a good guy and is only faking taking the blame” has already been debunked. He was a known murderer and pranked around the kingdom. Also over a hundred giants including jarul himself witnessed Loki doing these acts so they would know if Loki was faking it or not. They even fought him. Also if his goal is to destroy the world. Why if he was faking what he was doing and simply just taking the blame would he tell luffy who is a stranger his goal to destroy the world. And he also went out to sea and wrecked havoc as well. Meaning people outside of elabaf including shanks has seen how Loki is.
@@AlexanderRodriguez-fq7tp - nothing was "debunked". characters are not lying they just don't know the contexts of the fights. witnessing a fight and knowing the reason is not the same thing. - Oda has write like this before, "there is no ninja on Zou" The information we are being told isnt the full context until it is. with Zou, we were straight up lied to, now we dont know anything about the king and who he was. what we do know is a government teleporter was set up in his castle, and loki hates the government, so it wasnt there because of loki.... someone had to set it up. really only leave the former king. - Also the goal to destroy the world isnt that evil when the world government, slaves, hate, etc is everywhere. We dont know why he wants to destroy, but we do know he is overly protective of his friends and his pride - taking the blame for the kings death is why he got chained up, he didnt choose to get chained up. He wants to be free to get to his goal, but he isnt willing (nor will people believe him) if he told them the former king wasnt good. hence why he is still upset to be locked up, but also not willing to tell the truth - the only havoc we know he has done outside was try to marry someone and fought shanks, also like my first point, that doesnt really debunk anything, we only are told the information from one side - Luffy is rarely wrong about people, the fact he is willing to trust him despite everyone else should be a sign that loki isnt actually a bad guy, he's just prideful and protective, with a "burn it all down" approach to problems. If your looking at it from a story view, Loki is the scorched earth approach, The part that comes before rebirth or the start of "liberation". also Loki being surrounded by lies makes sense for him considering his ties to Norse mythology Also the king wanting peace with the outside world has been stated multiple times, and like i said, the world really that good of a place in one piece. So its not that much of a stretch to connect, wanting to connect the world and working with the world government, Especially when you remember that the government has been actively trying to get a foothold forever, and thats what lead to the big mom situation, likely wasn't their only attempt.
@@AlexanderRodriguez-fq7tp My back-up theory i dont put as much behind is that the king isnt dead, and is going to show up with an eye-patch because he is the effectively "odin" in the story. Loki and him lied about death because of the government spies, or whatever. but that would make the chains and asking luffy make less sense, it makes more sense that loki actually killed his pa, the reason just isnt being told to us yet
@@tailfire666 bro go read the recent chapters 😭, jarul literally talks about all the havoc Loki did. So how is there no context behind what Loki did? There is context and Oda had made it clear the giants saw it, they literally called him an arsonist and said he endangered a bunch of people lives. Hence why they fought him. He also killed jorul and stabbed jarul in the head. Also the raizo comparisons is known as a comparison fallacy as the only minks who knew were cat viper and dog storm and they were just pretending to not know to keep raizo safe. The rest of the minks actually didn’t know who raizo was and if he was hiding there. This is different because the things Loki did aren’t just stories that the characters don’t know the context of. There actual things that happened and that they witnessed Loki do. Which is the exact reason they tried to capture him. Also in what world would just want to “protect and save his Freinds and family” or whatever by destroying the world into rubble? There are also a lot of good and innocent people in the world including the country of elbaf which Loki wreaked havoc on. So if he was good why would he want to destroy the world and cause a mass genocide? Killing all those good people? You literally just contradicted yourself with that statement. 1, I think the Arrow fruit is the second special paramecia in the series 2. Given how Warcury is a reference to the Valkyries I think the Heaven layer of Elbaph could be holiday home for the Celestial Dragons and Topman's homeland 3. I think Ripley sometime in the past was a pirate on Loki's crew 4. Genko's name is a reference to Ginko a plant that symbolises hope in Japan 5. I think Whitebeard's ally Thunder Lord McGuy could be a bastard son of Herald given how they have similar eyebrows and a pointy moustache and could be the arcs answer to Thor 6. Ripley could be connected to King Harold himself or his court given her tattoo 7. Mosa could be McGuy in shellshock from the payback war and an unkempt appearance

I know this may seem too good to be true, but after learning about the God's Knights' plan to claim Elbaph by force, don't you think that now would be the best time for Dragon & his forces to make show up at Elbaph however they can?! After all, it wasn't too long ago that Dragon stated that the Revolutionary Army would make their next move as soon as the God's Knights made theirs! And even though it can't happen in just a few chapters, surely a battle between the 2 sides will happen before the Elbaph arc concludes. Plus, this could be a great opportunity for Dragon to meet his son Luffy face to face after so many years, and give us the full reveal on what the Insurgent Serpent truly is capable of! Which could put an end to the slandering Dragon had to go through until now.
yeah but everyone said that about egghead too. I do hope it happens but we still have at least Lodestar Island to go too, so still more story to focus on the Rev army before we get to the last island and the one piece. Bare minimum, 1 island left after this
Back in the day some cultures see twins as bad luck his mother probably hid him away him away the brother was seen as the lucky twin hence the name Shamrock
Ja rule betrayed harold. Its harold sword in his head. Looks the same as the picture. Every arc seems to have someone betraying their people. Think this is oda way of luffy fighting shanks without technically fighting him
Unfortunately that's the million dollar question. Just because he looks like shanks doesn't mean Jack. We don't have any feats for him... But if I were to guess, I don't think he'd be a pushover at the bare minimum.
