I think it’s a big issue with all online sellers. The delivery agents are taking their own decisions and cancelling deliveries giving bullshit reasons. I have had similar issues with Amazon, Myntra and Meesho. The company doesn’t take enough action on these delivery people. And they r getting bolder by the day. Nowadays they don’t even call and cancel delivery just coz they didn’t wanna deliver.
