Paper Mario TTYD: How to obtain Don Pianta's blimp ticket without paying Ishnail 64 coins

This was a multiple request video because I have heard that several people had trouble doing this part. As for my Paper Mario TTYD Version 2.0, I will list all 100 star piece locations.
How to do this correctly:
1. Go to the item shop in west Rogueport.
2. FIRST by a dried shroom.
3. SECOND, by a Dizzy Dial.
4. The ghost will ask you a question. What color is your mustache? Answer YELLOW
5. Answer YELLOW one more time and you get to see the Don.
6. You saved a total of 49 coins by doing what I just did. It's common sense. If you say that this doesn't work then I disagree strongly because it does work if you do it the RIGHT way.

Edit: Some viewers have claimed that this does not work even if you try to attempt this by not paying Ishnail the 64 coins in order to go see Don Pianta. Until then, I am not answering any questions. That was my mistake and I will take accountability for it.
