Consider LETTING the wing have an inner and outer wall where the inner wall is "structure" shapes but have the gaps be JUST enough to permit vase mode printing. (and where its close it will fuse)
you just need it to be "open" at some point. I would suggest the leading edge. so start at the leading edge and form the arc to the trailing edge and back to the leading edge and where it would normally connect instead turn INSIDE the wing and draw out a "interior" structure that "almost" touches the outer surface at several points (giving you your ribbing) and then returns to the start point at the leading edge. might take some extrusion multiplier tuning but it should work and can be entirely printed in vase mode. see the vase printed parts drawer for an example of this.
while this will make it heavier it should still be lighter than the skin filled with spray foam.

Thank you for the idea! I'll definitely look into this and experiment around with it soon! Just need to pass my exams first xD

about the wing idea ... why dont you just print with one wall and really sparse infill ... zig zag or somethink with like air inbetween mabey even gearter layer high for more space inbetween the zigzag infill lines (just hoping u use cura as well here)

I use Cura, and I can create a sparse infill with one perimeter.

Hey ! Just found your channel and I just wanted to say your 3D printed stuff is *very cool*, and the memes are freakin on point too ! Also your editing is amazing, there is one terrible thing about your channel tho :

yeah no joke, it's the icon... My main grief are the colors: they are way oversaturated and there's no contrast at all, to the point that I had trouble even *understanding* what was represented on the picture...
It also kinda scream low quality content ...
P.S : I also just noticed that (on my computer at least) the thumbnail of that video is not properly cropped and part of the text is off screen.

Hi! thank you for the nice comment! Welcome to the channel! (I just assume you subscribed :P). I will definitely look into making a better thumbnail, thank you for letting me know! On the subject of the SunShine logo, I am very aware that its not a good logo, and I know it hurts my analytics, however, I've been rocking that logo since I was 13 (when i created it in MS-paint), and I cant switch it out now, it has grown on me, and hopefully, it will also grow on you and the rest of my audience. I can send you a few stickers with it if you want to ;P
