WOW!!!! I have seen hundreds of home tours on RUclips each one more beautiful than the other but This one has it all above and beyond!! From furnishings to the lighting ,to the windows to the scenery outside every window it is just breath taking!!! I literally would only leave my home once a month for shopping lol. This makes me not ever having the need to watch another home tour cause this one has it all!! I'm In Love!! Sorry about the rambling was just so excited.
I have viewed thousands of tiny homes and unique homes this by far is the most satisfying I have ever watched! Every inch is thrilling as in the model of the home, the decor of the home and the lovely pieces of furniture. Thanks for the view,which by the way is spectacular a lot of land.
Recycled awesomeness..love the dark hallway recycled wall with old newspaper peelings, the mismatched dining chairs, the awesome beamed high ceiling in living room, the simple rustic elegance of the living room chandelier.. Lots to love here.. And love the aura of the lady owner (natural love for country design without being snobbish..glad the husband is supportive and also a diyer..). Thanks for this beautiful upload.

Amazing,gorgeous..soo many things I love..the light fixtures ,the windows above the doorways,the pantry is to die for,the white kitchen,the washroom is a Dream with all the folding area..and the list goes on..I would wake up every am and just thank god for such blessings..can’t wait to see the basement and upstairs..looove the open concept..just breathtaking all around!!

This video came up on my recommended videos & I am so delighted after viewing the story of Katie & her 'Beautiful Farmhouse'. Many years ago I lived in an actual century village home with many farmhouse features. It had been built by the Village Blacksmith & had interesting details on the fences, gates & balcony. I love the fact your farmhouse is modern with modifications for your family. You are both obviously smart & dedicated people to complete all of this while raising a young family & working. It's wonderful how you were able to incorporate reclaimed lumber, doors & antique pcs into your design elements. I shall follow you on your Instagram. What a entertaining Saturday morning for me! In my opinion as well that's what I said. LOL I'm an artist I would incorporate a little color of artwork somewheres in the house. And that's my opinion LOL by all means they are very very blessed!

One of the most gorgeous things in your home is the old boards you had clear coated. To me those are priceless pieces. They also made the best drawer fronts.
The layout and spaciousness of it all is the only thing that gives this away as a new build... otherwise they have done an awesome job of adding tons of old charm 💙 super cute place.

I have been an interior designer all my life owning businesses, I have to say your home is one of the prettiest ones I’ve seen. Very well thought out.
So excited to see someone who built this house and to see how they made it unique to them with modifications and decor. I've had this plan saved for at least 3 years on my house plans Pinterest board. It's so beautiful and they've made it so homey for their family. I am sure I'll settle for something smaller since my children are grown and gone, I surely don't need that much space., It sure was fun to see it. Blessings!

I love your pantry. I have a pantry too, but I only have one way in and out. I love your two ways in and out. I really like the pipe hanging bar in your laundry room.I used to have an oval rug like the one under your table, but we left it when we moved.
This is the most beautiful farmhouse I have ever seen,all the windows the kitchen the pantry the bath there is not a room that I didn't love ,the claw foot tub is to die for and pantry amazing it is so warm and elegant at the same time .

Absolutely love it! The mix of antiques & new is on point. Only thing I would change is putting a conversation area right in front of the fireplace rather than pushing the lounges against the walls.

Your house is the loveliest one I've seen yet on these tours!! Also, I commend you for NOT having a TV with your three children. We had 8 children and raised them without a TV. It is so much better not to have a TV influencing the moral values of your children. May God bless you always!

A lovely home. I agree, a separate pantry is great, we converted an unused spare bedroom near the kitchen into one, with a center island which is great for when the produce comes in from our garden, plenty of space to store canning supplies as well.
Good idea to put clear finish over old painted shiplap you have to be careful of lead paint etc.
