      Honestly, the game was definitely fun for the first 50 hours of it, which is all the divines and beating Ganon, with a decent amount of shrines. Then you are just alone after beating the main story. Which leaves you to finish all the shrines, side quests, and memories if you didn’t already.
      Edit: the 50 hours of finishing the game is primarily towards me, not for everyone.

    I've played 250 hours of BoTW and I'm STILL finding new things and discovering new ways to play the game. Even once you've discovered every square inch of the game you can switch over to Master Mode and do it again in a seemingly fresh way. And don't get me started on the DLC. "Beating" BoTW is really not the goal, it's just something you happen to do along the way.

    • @kane00000
      @kane00000 3 года назад +4

      Damn dude no offense but I think you might have a problem, and I think your time could be spent elsewhere so when you look back and tell your virtual wife and virtual grandchildren what you did with your life you don't say... "well kiddos.. I helped stop the world's most deadliest epidemic by wearing a surgical mask that serves no purposes besides seeing how far backwards you will bend and dumb you are, but also got a sticker and an exclusive snapchat sticker that lasts for 1 day. You could say I'm a hero..
      Oh I also played through the same video game multiple times."
      They might glitch out at the idea of that, but if you spent a good amount of money on your virtual life simulation device they might ask why you played the same game that is a 7/10 at best (especially when you compare it to Windwaker) so many times over and over?

      Dude. It's worse than a mobile game for me. You pay 60$ for w o r k i n g? And even if you collect all the things, what do you have left? The villagers AI is worse than previous games and the internet Support is terrible. You have to wait just for the sake of waiting. The menus of crafting are terrible after the 100th time. Imagine after the 10000th time because everything breaks. Decorations are in my opinion lame. And... where's Mr. RESETTI??
      For me this game is just boring, maybe the first 10 hours were fine, but after that you can't really get back to the game anymore. Let alone 1000 hours put into it. There's simply nothing to do for an action player myself.

    Disgaea 4, 5, & 6. Main story takes about 50-100 hours and postgame content can easily exceed 600+ hours. Stats that go into the millions, billions, and trillions, and no, you don't need to play the early ones to understand the later ones, start with 6, then go back to 5, and play 4, skip number 1 (unless you want to see how it all started).

    I like it when a game with a story element is beatable in 5-15 hours where afterwards you can choose to complete everything or not. But my go to games on the Switch are 2D/3D platformers and level based games like all the Mario games and Mario + Rabbids etc

    Another game that you could play for a really long time is hollow knight. Although it only has about 25 hours in the main story, if you want to complete all of the endings it could take you up to 45. Also, once you complete the game, you unlock steel soul mode, which means you have to complete the game without dying. Highly reccomend.

      its a good game, just not as good for people who played the past games saying its not as good as them, the game has its faults but it definitely is a ton of fun to be had as with any Nintendo first-party.

    Hollow Knight is one of those games you can pick up and play for a little bit, get one thing done, and then continue on with your day to finish a bit more later. Love that game on switch specifically.

    Dead Cells, Risk of Rain 2, Warframe, Super Smash Bros Ultimate, Rain World, Terraria, and Spulunky 2. You will never get bored of these games and they are all amazing. I have 2000 hours on Terraria if you combine the hours from my other devices, 1700 hours on Dead Cells, 800 hours on Risk of Rain 2, 250 hours on Rain World (this is the shortest one but by far the best this game is a literal masterpiece), 1100 hours on Warframe, 170 hours on Spelunky (just got it), and 900 hours on Smash Bros.

    Warframe is a must, i have 570h in it on Steam and i still have a lot to do, you have so much content there that there is always something to do. You get to discover amazing builds and synergies, and you don’t need to spend a cent on this game (except for some exclusive skins that no one buys), you can just earn platinum by selling some items to other players. Amazing game with amazing story and gameplay
