I am enjoying your presentation from Athens, Alabama, USA. I am the mother/grandmother/great-grandmother of a large family, and always have loved to cook and collect recipes. Thanks for sharing your delicious recipes with all of us! God bless you!
I made the first recipe last night. My husband ate so much, he was in pain, lol. I had to make a few changes, as I live in the middle of nowhere, and Emmental cheese isn't available. I always try to make a recipe as stated the first time. This time I couldn't because of restrictions. This is definitely going into the rotation. It's simple, I always have the ingredients on hand, and it's delicious. I will add that I always have a bag of seasoned, cooked ground beef in the freezer. I fry up 3-4 lbs of ground beef with peppers, onions, celery, Lizano sauce, a bit of pasta sauce and spices. I cool it on a tray lined with plastic wrap, then once cooled, I bag it. This way I usually have it on hand to make casseroles, burritos, easy pizzas on premade crusts, soup, etc, instead of always having to cook from scratch.
Your recipes look and sound delicious, and I cannot wait to try several of them! Thank you for sharing these culinary treasures of yours, and God bless you! Writing (and salivating) from Athens, Alabama, USA.
This recipe was demonstrated in" slow motion "which I thought made the video very very boring. One must have patience and time to look at these 2 simple recipes.

Lovely idea, especially for young mothers with a hungry family and possibly a job outside the home! Thanks, ChicaG-vg7pj!

Just a note - 450 g is 1 pound or 16 ounces. 8 ounces will only be half of what you want for the first recipe.
