The current would be higher, like 120A, and last less time in each one and and less time between them. Furthermore, this metal isn't so thin! Thin metal would be 1/28" (0,9mm). I can weld 1/28" thickness with this technique described!

First of all, thats not really "thin" metal. Second of all, your rod is too big. Third of all, that weld doesn't have much penetration. It looks good on top, but you start stessing that joint and it will break.

How about using the correct welding process for the application. A carpenter wouldn't use a sledgehammer to set a finish nail so why show the wrong technique in this profession.

well it looks alright minus the big slag inclusions. It's alright to sequence your weld if your base metal is thin, but I would reccomend chipping off the slag in between
Good job but you also could change your Polarity to Straight Polarity, your not going to get the Penatration like you would on Reverse Polarity BUT your welding real thin material.

If you want this technique to be it's strongest grind of the slag after each pause. Or use a smaller rod
