Other than that remember to take a look at your career path and determine if it's giving you the well-being and satisfaction you deserve! I don't know enough about your specific circumstances to say too much. :)
Ijust did a thing where I had the timestamp button contstantly pressing, and I was just lining up my thoughts with the video. It was epic, but in the end I found out I was in airplane mode. Sad times lmao. But sad times are hilarious, as I don't know what to think of it. I am too lazy to form more insight on it because I got a good amount of clarity from what I wrote and lost. Some of it was "Maybe I don't want to 'regulate', as I conflate that with running away, but rather I want to 'regularate' the things that both stress, tie up, and inspire me!" I also mentioned that if this video is about "dopamine fasting", I think there's no shame in putting in some work and doing "dopamine bulking". I am well rested, had my share of mindful quiet like the former would entail, but today my technology flopped.
