Classic glam rock and glam metal had a lot of those, the band was inspired by it.

Can confirm they still kick ass. Saw them a few years ago and they still put on a great show. Such great musicians, they are the living embodiment of rock.

cortik osman nah even then MTV was all reality TV (although pretty good shows) Pimp my ride, Cribs, Viva la Bam and Jackass. MTV2 was pretty sweet back then though as they were mainly rock music IIRC, Scuzz and Kerrang were pretty good back then also.

Brilliant song by The Darkness they are a top notch rock band and I'm an professional Bass Guitarist and I've learned a lot from just listening to the Darkness and also Thin Lizzy as well but I've got to say that there the best 2 rock bands on the planet and they both totally kick ass.

It's a fun song to sing! The Darkness have a lot of fun songs to sing along and rock out to. Especially I Believe In a Thing Called Love. When the chorus of that song kicks in, you can't help but to just crank up the volume and sing at the top of your lungs!
