- Sweet Heat Cannonball chicken Stir Fry!
A must try for those that love sweet along with some heat!
Cannonball Marinade - Approx 2 cups
Half a stick melted butter
1 cup red hot sauce such as Franks
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons cold water
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon molasses
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or more to taste)
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Whisk all ingredients together in large bowl. Marinade 12 to 24 hours.

Ok so a few years ago I found out that I couldn’t have rice anymore so lately we have been experimenting with cauliflower rice and after figuring out exactly how to cook it we are super happy with how good of a stir fry it really makes. I missed eating rice and stir fry so much this has made an incredible difference in helping me gain control of my stomach condition

Was recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, but since my diet change, doing a lot better!
It is the last thing I add to a stir fry and I keep tasting it until it gets tender and I pull it off the heat

@@TheGriddleGuys Changed menu caught wings on sale,cannon ball marinated overnight and used 1/2 to toss wings(brought to boil and let cool). Was fantastic. Doing a shrimp stir fry with it during the week. Thanks Guys

Griddle Guys do it again...another awesome cook! And Nate's comment about being "regular" after eating was hilarious! We have a similar phrase, but I'll not go into here (!). But it looked great and presented/plated nicely. BTW...where can I get one of those "Zip Quick" devices? I hate trying to fill those zip bags and spilling it all over...and my wife hates when I do it even more!

I trim my thighs, but I usually skin & de-bone my own thighs. $3.25/lb vs $0.95/lb if I do the work, but I make broth with bones & boil the trimmed chunks for my dogs.

You could always just substitute the sugar for allulose & the syrup for Lakanto maple syrup. If ya really wanna be a keto stickler-sub the soy sauce for liquid aminos and boom-totally a keto marinade!
