Heywire Paddock to Plate - Barramundi Farm

We're very proud of our Gulf Youth In Ag students who took part in the Heywire Paddock To Plate Film Festival. We supported three groups of students to make videos documenting how local farmers grow food and get it onto our plates. In this episode, we're at a local barramundi farm, to learn how those fish get from the paddock to your plate. Northern Gulf supported this project involving students from Mareeba High School and Dimbulah State School. The project received a grant from the Foundation for Rural and Regional Renewal via its ABC Heywire Youth Innovation Grants Program.
