The Luo guy is such a terrible father. He was shitty to Shenyuan just bc of what his mother did to get pregnant and now even though Yining did nothing, he’s wants to hit her enough to kill her. Such a vile person.
This is the most suspenseful --of who the father of Yining is --Duke Wei far better than stupid, pea brain C. Lou. Shenyuan’s perseverance in finding and digging up the truth got a huge result. I love this kind of ending of an episode as there is now a closure o f Yining’s identity. Thank you for sharing.

It is the first person that came to my mind as they described what kind of person he was she was taken to help a wounded general 😊 But the way her father oh wait, I should say stepfather reaction was pretty much what I expected 🫤 only thinking of himself, reputation & honor if they were divorced already though it shouldn’t count as cheating 🤔 and he did not treat her or care for her as he favored concubine Q Well anyways this give Shen leeway to pursue Yin openly now, I’m guessing they will end up together, but they will have to face the ruthless Luo his obsession over Mei he’s not going to let her Go that easily. It’s definitely getting more interesting!! So far really liking this drama!🎭
