One recommendation for tidier Di2. If you have the hole in the back of the handlebar like on those Pro Vibe's you can normally tuck the Junction box inside the stem and then run the cable back out and alongside the brake cable like you did in the video. The only downside of this is that you can't access the junction box for crash mode without taking your stem faceplate off!
Hello Lee and Simon, thanks for this video which I enjoyed very much watching with my breakfast 😊 Hope you have a nice onward week and weekend! I will see you soon, greetings from Germany as always 🌞🍀😘
I learn something on almost every one of your videos! I never worked on a Di2 bike, so never saw that cable connector tool before. That shrink wrap idea I will adopt. Working on a Sora rear mech, I noticed the upper jockey wheel had lots of side play. About tp replace it, I had an identical one still in the original box. It had the same trait! I was wondering if sealed bearing upper jockey wheels are like this, and how they engineered that function if so?
Are you following the mapdec saga with inspecting shimano cranks?… can’t help but wish the industry would unite in its stance and send a message to shimano……these faulty cranks should NOT be inspected…. They should just be recalled and replaced no questions asked.
Noticed that the tyre had TR on the side, ( tubeless ready), but she had a tube fitted. Seems a bit strange. Great tyre though, I run the same tyre at 32mm
What oil are you using on the chain? I have been using Finishing Line wet, but just gone over to squirt. I was getting about 3500 miles to a chain with the wet lube. Hoping for a lot more with the squirt.
The same component of various brands can have different torque specs. For example, you can't torque down the faceplate of an ExtraLite stem as much as an FSA's.
If you think about it, a chain for a road bike is around 110-115 links, so 1% is about the length of a whole link. Enough to eat at the teeth of the cassette and the chainrings.
I wonder, if when that family does laundry, once the washing is done, do they stop the washing machine and don't let the rinse cycle to start, they just take the clothes out to dry in the sun with the soap in it. Washign the car.......no need to rinse off......just dry. Washing the dishes? No need to rinse off.....just wipe the dishes.......

Here's an unwanted tip😅 On the rear wheel, I placed the cadence spoke magnet opposite to the tube valve, so as to balance out for rotation purposes!
Nice!🧡
Good eye!
At this amount of overthinking, you need to reposition your balls left to left right to right for gain balance :)
What a elegant bike! Exotic position of the front break!
Super service and attention to detail, like the grease on the front chain rings. Quality job on the service and video 😎🇫🇮
Thanks very much Dean🧡

Hope the owner was happy with your bang-up job, she's got a very very smart bike back. I really like those TRP direct mount brakes.
Thanks as always for the support 🧡
Good morning Gents: detailed and considered work as always.....a great bike back to A1 condition 👍 have a good weekend gents!

Amazing looking bike
A masterclass! Great job lads!
I'm afraid I'm ocd enough to remove the bottle cages when I'm cleaning a bike ! Loving your work as always.
Best way 🧡
Superb service, as always !!
Nice trick with the shrink wrap!
I love to get the chance to use it🧡
Nice bike, ready to roll again.
Thanks Tinnis!🧡
What a great service, many thanks for the share
Love these rebuild videos but the front tire has its pattern in reverse... Nothing major everything else seems just perfect as always! Cheers!
We flipped it after to save time!🧡⚙️
@@Bikespeeds Thank you again for the video!

I would love to read more about the appropriate torque setting for each part.
Nice job guy's 👍👍👍👍
You’ve gotta be kidding that people are riding with brakes rubbing that hard. Such noise would be killing me 😅
Good job! Any reason why front tire has wrong rotation?
Hey! Long time fan! Question, what solution/product do you use in the ultrasonic cleaner?
Top job 👍

going the extra mile as always 🙂

Hi can please ask you for the name of the very last song. I searched the LAKEY INSPIRED catalogue but had no luck.

You're a marketing account, this didn't happen 😂
@@JoeyMills-y3v My other bike has squirt on the chain, and at 2000 miles it shows no sign of wear yet.
First time I hear about the Liv brand
YOu must have. It's Giant's ladies bike range
@@COYSMike Oh ok, thanks.
Bee LIV it or not, was suppose to be a ladies bike.
Do you have the balls to ride one?
Rrrrriiiiimmmm Brakes!
Disk brakes stops to admire and gloat!
It would be nice if you told us the torque values of the different components as you service the bikes...ta

what is "soapy" water exactly .... ingredients ? im reading too much
The front tyre still needs to be flipped though, even in the final shots. It's all about the details! 😇
It was flipped after🧡
@@Bikespeeds Perfect! :)
Di2 with mechanical rim brakes. Feel that’s a strange combo
chain wear 1% how much it is ? 0.01mm

@@GeorgeD1 why my chain ring not look like shark tooth after 25 yeras ?
people using rubber tubes with GP5000s make me mad.
Those sharp edges on the zip tie will cut you. Ask me how I know.
